its soo much fun to learn in this app. the thing I love the most is that unlike most of the other language learning apps, the people who are pronouncing the words are so, how can I say it energetic and like clear I guess. its very very easy to learn and I love the tips they give. its an amazing app. if u want to learn Japanese in a fun and exciting way, definitely download this app.
This has been sooooo helpful! It is intuitive, easy to use, and free. Lots of downloadable material for offline learning (for those without much wifi, like me). I have learned so much with this app. Definitely 5 stars, and I don't give that lightly. I have had no problems with it....
Absolutely love this app! There are many many Japanese language learning apps out there and this is by far the best in my opinion. I have tried many apps. The content and way it is laid out is perfect. The learner can literally start as a pure beginner and work successfully up to intermediate correctly. NHK thank you for this project and contribution to learning this amazing language!!!
The application is useful and can be improved by having phrases ,country names and lot more improvements are needed. It could also have the translation of Japanese dishes, this app obtained only two Japanese dishes ,or could have contained Japanese cultural information. This app actually fulfilled my basic needs in Japanese language. And the rest is best and is helpful. ( Kindly focus on the improvements you need that I had mentioned on the upper part of the comment)
This app is great for learning Japanese and I really love it! π But it would be better if you added the βFurigan offβ feature in the news. Because when I want to practice reading kanji, itβs a little distracting.

Intuitive and pretty, useful. Fun, makes you want to study more. The only thing that is missing - to me - is furigana. I hate romaji and having them keeps you from reeding the kana and kanji, but when you have a kanji you don't know... so adding furigana would be really great !!
Absolutely amazing!! Not only does this app teach the Japanese language, but it also throws in some facts about Japanese culture & etiquette as well! It's so fun to follow Anna on her journey in Japan, meeting new faces and adjusting to life in her new surroundings! Next to Duolingo, this is my favorite app for learning Japanese!! ππππππππππ
Great app for those trying to push into intermediate Japanese. The articles are super helpful if you are living in Japan as some relate to current events. Please add an option to hide furigana until the kanji is touched/clicked on.
Konnichiwa!!! I love this app so much!!! Completely free. Every lesson with Anna comes with a free audio session. Teaches Katakana, Hiragana, & Kanji!!! Not only does it teach phrases, but you also gain knowledge of nouns, predicates, ect. thus, you have the ability to correctly calculate what to say instead of memorizing thousands of phrases. yo, freaking awesome! the way of teaching and art is so damn good in this app. it makes you feel the characters are real. but I'll be glad if you put higher level studies in it too. thanks for the app.
it's nice, I love the way I use it, but I love the old version where there was an audio, and you don't need to watch an ad to download it, but yeah overall and it's kawaii I also love the art of Anna (Β΄ . .Μ« . `) keep up the good work!

This app is great! Especially the easy news! Hope there is an audio for the easy news. Although is easy to read, but our pronunciation might be wrong. This is a great app!
This is app is very handy and easy to use! I really love the Study with Anna feature βΊ And if i can give a suggestion, i really love to have a feature that can explain the vocab in the easy news feature in english
It was nice app but the only thing is I like the old version of this because it has built in audios that you don't need to watch an ad then download it it was kind of hasle for using this app for free. That's all thank you
UI could be a little more updated but all of the lessons are straightforward easy to follow. Highly recommended.
This is very helpful and fun with Anna.But please check back on Myanmar language.I can't read that. They are complicating and wrong sentences.So please fix that Burmese people ,learning Janpanes. The app was good and hopeful until the latest update.. I can't upload the lesson even if I watched the AD..when I finished watching the Ad the lesson been downloaded but a lot of parts are missing and it's not complete.. Can you please fix it in the next update please
this is really a fun way of learning. i love that they have voice media attached to it. reading and hearing foreign words make it so much easier to learn

It would be nice if you add vocabulary at every lesson for a warm up and some exercise. This app is not bad but not the best either
Practical for the users who very first time to learn.Suggestion :For the conversation part, you may put the automatic play option, so users no need to click the sentences of characters one by one, and give the option to adjust speed of speaking. Plus, add more sentences/example for the vocabularies with audio.
