Belt kit wont work on my phone w app. The shaft kit works. There are no real trouble shoot options for it.

I can not do alignment just detector are connecting with mobile but laser was not passing in detectors showing only demo & its showing no device connected i tryed every thing

The app and the equipment works well for some devices and not others. (Not on my device: Kyocera Torque G04)
