Easy ME - taxi, private car

Drivers are horrible.. they call to ask if you're paying cash or not. If not they don't come and they don't cancel. And if you cancel they charge you 6 riyals. Last driver called to ask from a different number and when I tried to call him to ask him to cancel if he's not coming the number is switched off، and when I called his number provided in the app he answers and acts like it's not him. It was the same voice!!!!. The company must have strict rules for this kind of behavior. Disgusting

Driver always goes to random place or on the other side of the street. Never comes to the right spot, then cancels the ride. I end up paying the cancelation fee. You won't believe many times this happened. And how much time I wasted working w/ this company, trying to get the falsely charged fees. And this time, I sent them numerous msgs. Weeks past, the cancelation fee that the driver initiated is still there. I'm uninstalling this app. I should have done this long time ago.

terrible service and hard to contact help and can't actually call help center just message them and it doesn't satisfy the need of a customer, like i was waiting for a ride then the driver cancelled the ride and i even got a notification from the app telling me that the ride was cancelled and i should order another car, yet i was charged with 1 jod fee and had to pay it when i booked the ride after it

Would never recommend it as it is an absolute steaming pile of dog****. Usually Jeeny was cheaper than Uber but now it's the opposite and the biggest problem with it is that drivers are too far away. If you want to cancel you get charged a fee automatically no matter and then on occasions after already waiting so long for a driver they cancel on you midway

I would never recommend this apps to anybody. They never correct the doing of their drivers. Very easy for them to charge you 6 riyals without investigating what happened. Always waiting for a long then the drivers suddenly cancel the trips but if you're the one to cancel the trip for waiting long time they charge you automatically 6 riyals. Again and again always charging 6sar every time the drivers called me and asked me to cancel the trip. The drivers or playing the customers to get money .

When the offer code is added, the app changes the original trip ride to a higher price then they give you a deducted amount which is near to the original price before the adding of the code or less than the announced %. They are dishonest and the customer survice are rude and not helpful.

Lack of customer service support. and there are lot of drivers who has a modus to increase your fare. they will first ask you how much is the approximated fare, and if by a chance they are not satisfied in it, they will make an excuse that their map is not working correctly and will ask you to cancel the ride. and of course you will have a cancellation fee and then they will book again with you to increase the fare OR they will go to longer route to let your trip go longer and increase the fare.

I recommend this app but not what i have experience on the driver's sometime some driver cancelled my booking and they charge me for know reason,and I can't complain.

Was one of the best apps, but lately there is absolutely no supervision / censorship on the drivers , on many occasions we were forced to pay in cash even though we chose visa on the app . Drivers are rude and manipulative I don't recommend use this app.

I dont advice this app for anyone , I called a driver , then had to wait for 10 minutes after that he declined my request , afterwards the application stopped me from requesting rides I was late for my appointment and I'm deleting this application and would never recommed it to anyone . So unsatisfied with this service 👎👎👎👎

This app is going downhill extremely fast, time estimation is very inaccurate, it takes a long time for a driver to accept the request and most of the time they're too far and I have to cancel and get charged a cancellation fee, discount codes don't work and the routes are very buggy and confusing at times, very disappointing.

One of the worst company ever. Every 4 from 5 trios, the driver comes to you, the other keeps you waiting for more than 15 min then cancelled the trip. Some of them calls you and asked you to cancel the trip because they don't have the cancel option. It sounds that they don't care about any penalties against them from the company, even if you you complain. Not recommended at all.

I have submitted a complaint 3 times, I was ignored and haven't received any feedback. I tried to submit the report for the 4th time and I couldn't. I started to beleive there is a scam related to some drivers and the help center. I won't change my review until someone take it seriously and contact me!!!

So bad, very high prices, and the price can totally changed in less than one minute from 3 to 6 JOD. It was better and has affordable prices before.

A great application with great prices and discounts. They improved their services in the past year. Jeeny is the best ride hailing app in Jordan.

Drivers usually cancel and I end up paying the fee. Not only I arrive late but I pay extra. Happened 5 times so far. Other apps are either busy or expensive that's why I keep giving it another chance.

Customer service in Twitter They do not know to reply to my queries. I have arrived to my destination, paid the fare but the driver did not "complete" the trip. It is still "in progress" until npw.. more than 2 hours already from writing this. No way to contact the driver or resolve the issue in the app help section. 🤨

Very bad experience 😡😡😡.. alot of drivers are around but no one accepting the request !! Another issue waiting for the driver to arrive and received a call from him telling me he is on the way and then go to another distination and never answer my calls and leave the trip not cancelled so I pay the charge for it how proffissional is that !

The app itself needs a lot of improvement, learn a thing or two from Uber, please! And most of the drivers are horrible and rude. Worst of all, customer service is absolute trash they never respond to reports and they take forver to answer when you call and they basically shush you by saying "they'll look into it" but they never do.

Worst cab app ever, all the drivers are asking you to pay cash and if not they ask you to cancel the ride so they you get charged, if they don't speak English they try to charge you in cash anyway

Beware of this app! They assign you drivers that are really far away and then just go somewhere else once they already accepted your request. When you cancel they charge you unreasonable amounts of money for cancelling even though it was not your fault. This app will steal your money.

Sometimes it's good sometimes not....the drivers here are usually rude and cars are dirty...very few i encountered clean nice ones. And the discount codes it doesn not work even if the date of expiry for it and the times used are still not completed.

The support team is not helpful at all. plus a lot of technical problems in the app. One of my trip fares was deducted twice and support team could not help.

I use it daily and it is good transport. Very good drivers and new cars are used
