Useful information about the app:
1. We do not store your password in cloud. Passwords are stored locally on your mobile phone. Hence you are the only one having access to it. Please take backup regularly from settings.
2. We use SD card permission to export and import passwords.
3. We use identity and internet permission to send feedback, password recovery and display ads.

Love this app but I upgraded my phone but cannot login with my password. Hit 'Forgot my Password' tab and await for an email so you can reset password but email never comes through. Can you suggest what I can do to access my app as ALL my passwords are in the app.
I've loved the easy app for so long. But it suddenly crashed and "won't connect to internet" when I click forgot password.
I used to like it It logged me out on January 1st and now won't let me back in. It says it's emailing me to reset my password but I never receive the email. Now all my password are lost
This app saved and completely managed my lots of mail and login stuff. Waiting for new upgrade.
Easy to use. like the fact your info is not stored in cloud.
Loved it until it won't let me back it up and transfer data to new phone. Grrrr.
new phone...telling me password wrong and not sending me and email to get new one....tried to email someone about this and their email not found....all my info lost....do not use
it hasn't accepted my password for days. when I click 'forgot passwrd' it says internet not available, although it is. Anyone know how I can get in and get my passwords? I need them! :

I usually don't give a five star rating because there is always room for improvement, but this time they made it perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
I like this other then the Google ad at the bottom blocks the entry I have & I can't get to it. That's frustrating. Going to look ations ti see what else I can find
For a month ago, this app started to close by itself when you open it. It is annoying.
I really liked this ap in the beginning but then I got a new phone and none of my passwords came over when I downloaded everything. I lost them all...
If you don't use 'close and lock' from within the application, the app doesn't require a password the next time you use it. Sometimes I use 'close all' from my phone, which leaves the app wide open. I try to always remember to close it, but sometimes I forget. Otherwise, I love this app.
I really like the app and used it all the time, but I got a new phone so now when I log into the app on the new phone, ALL my passwords are GONE! Help!

I need help restoring all my passwords. They all disappeared. I don't understand all the pull downs on the "restore" button or which ones to pick. How can I get directions or help? I'm locked out of my life! Lol! Please help!!!
Loved this app until it disappeared from my phone. Re-installed it thinking it would have all my data but all my passwords are lost and it says it's too old of an app for my phone now and needs an updated version when it was working fine just a few days ago. So disappointed.
