I truly love using this app. An electronic payment for an all day pass! Metro rail and bus.
It's a good app but when you need it the most, it is freeze or if internet is down, you can not use it. Other times, if the battery is finished on your cell phone, which is very common, because here the cell phone is used for almost everything, you can not use it either. It is a pity, because it is very feasible to not have to go until metro rail to buy a ticket. I hope the owner of the app can fix it.
super slow UI and it's so buggy it crashes most of the times
Cant buy anything else than 1 day ticket passes.
One hard to find turnstile per station, many times broken. App freezes or crashes and doesn't open when there's no data connection. Active tickets are buried in a menu only available after you go to Buy Tickets. The active ticket doesn't always show the barcode and you have to click on another button to show it. Missed many trains trying to work around the many bugs and usability issues. The metrocard machines at the stations don't work any better with credit cards.
This app is garbage. The buses don't carry a scanner and it is a mission to show the bus driver. But worse, it activated 3 of my passes the same day and when I called the administrators to fix the problem they refused to give me my money back.
It is not efficient like I wish but it is convenient like I wished. The MDT could be improved the routes and bus stop. GO it s possible a better job, the drivers are very courtesy
Fix this asap cannot log in because the app won't send the 3 digit code to my already active account I have tickets on my account I need to use
Not as easy as metro rails card system. Getting the scanners to scan your cellphone is not easy.
It's a real convenient app for buying your transit fare for your work week. 🙂
I can't change the fair type. It's always on 1 day pass !

There should be more options alot of people don't want to be forced to pay for a one day pass. Maybe options like the booths have.
App decides to stop working and wants a verification AGAIN in order to let me access my pass. Yet it won't send the damn email worth the verification number. Stupid.
There is no option for weekly monthly or cash value. I will just stick to tHe website better
Could you please make the date bigger on the ticket screen? Buses don't have scanners, so they just look at the date to determine if my ticket is legit. The font is way tiny though, so making it larger would be great.
The only option seems to be a $5.65 one day pass. I assume this is for all transportation services. Most people will just want to pay for the specific ticket(s) they need because it will be much cheaper.
Great idea but being limited to one day pass is a bummer. Linking my corporate card would be great. For anyone visiting Miami but a bit useless for natives.

Im trying to sign up but it keep saying my email is invalid.
It works great when it wants to but once it logs me out I'm unable to log back in so I can't use my ticket. I get the message that I am using the app on another device (not my case, I just use it on my phone).
Great app easy to use.. More metro station gates need scanner.
This would be great if I could buy a monthly pass on it.

Disappointing app. The digital clock on top of the day pass serves no purpose on phones that already have a clock display on the notification bar. It would possibly be useful if it counted down how much time left you had on the pass, and the use of milliseconds is really unnecessary as it just makes you nervous to look at your pass. The app would pretend like it forgot my pass of I switched to another app. I really am looking forward to public transit apps, but this was poor execution.

Easy App to use just buy Tickets and show the Driver only thing this needs is 7 day and 30 day passes, because those are alot cheaper than buying one days.
