Terrible app. My troubles started when screen to reload the card would not load and it took multiple tries to get it to open. Next, my payment info disappeared. I re-entered the info but the app would not store it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and can't get back into my account.
Ended up downloading your app again because I was in a pinch and needed a way to get funds onto my card because the kiosk at the station was broken. Thank God for the stranger that came to the rescue, because I would have been stranded if I had to rely on your system. I'm also afraid of using your website to load my card because it seems just as unreliable as your app.
The android app is riddled with bugs. thank God I have an iPhone toothat I could buy the tickets in. I subsequently found thanks to another user's review is that if the labels dont show correctly in English, the trick is to switch to Spanish and then back to English again. what a bizarre trick but it solves the problem.
All the labels had their "label" names. 'Create_Account_Button' is not an acceptable UI design choice, especially when you want a BUTTON not text. This was true for EVERYTHING on the app. I couldn't finish creating my user because the phone number never fit the format as it automatically added a 0 in front of the first number. Notify me when these issues are resolved as I believe the usefulness of this app cannot be understated
I bought a 30$ month pass, but the app bugs and doenst show my code... By the way all the app is glitchy with weird programing code labels Edit : It's because every languages available don't work, switch language to fix. Also, app doesn't work offline which is a problem for tourists like me who don't have internet connection all the time.
Tried to register three easy cards using this App and the online transit store. Found out that only two of the easy cards I could register. Still has $43 on one of the cards other easy card has a zero balance. Both easy cards still does not work with the NFC tap and pay and both easy cards wouldn't register; received two separate error codes. Uninstalled this App and the Go App!!!
The entire 'easy' system is super confusing. I buy a card with month pass from the kiosk, but it doesn't tell me that I can't use it for 24-48 hours. downloaded this mobile app to try something else, and I select the only option, the day pass. I put in my CC info and that works. Then I tap to the gate with NFC and Google pay pops up and I board. On the way back, another charge. No mention that with the app it only supports the QR code. Now double charged, and not sure I can use my card tomorrow
Ok everything works for me and my partner pretty straight forward. Only problem was all the weird titles and text. To fix it you need to change the language to Spanish, obviously change it back to English again if needed.
What a joke. Cannot add a credit card so the app is basically useless. Keep getting cannot register credit card. 3cc and 20 min. Cannot buy a one way ticket only daily or weekly. Really, how much did tax payers pay for this pathetic app? Who's brother in law was overpaid to develope it? Just another example of how Gov cannot get done in years what business can do in days. Maybe in a year or two they will ad the ability to buy a one way ticket or fix a bug so I can add a credit card.
I highly recommend everyone using this app to double check the passes you've purchased against what was charged to your bank account. I just logged into my gf account to purchase a DAY pass. App locks up, I closed and reopened it to find not only did the day pass appear but also 3 WEEK passes at $29.99 each. I immediately called customer service about the issue just to be tossed around to 3 different reps (waiting 10-15 minutes between) only to be told they would have to call me back.
Broken app, displays fields and buttons incorrectly, with cryptic names instead of user friendly ones. The app has to be fixed. Its current popularity reflects its quality.
Weak app. It doesnt let me add a debit card because of ssl 3? Weird. So i cant add balance, i cant buy a day pass or week pass, or anything. I also cant check balance of any of my easy cards either. I would do it online, but my card gets declined online! (It works on the machines, so there is no excuse mdt) There isnt much this app is good for
The app claims the ticket would work offline. However, the app itself doesn't launch offline, complaining no internet connection. This renders weekly ''pass'' useless. Travelers often don't have data access. Please fix this issue.
I can't see anything on the manage easy card after I added my card to the app. It's registered properly but i have to mess around with the layout and hope that my current amount pops up... Wut. Somethings seriously b0rked with the layout code of this app
App is partially non-functional. Surprisingly well developed aspects to prevent fraud, but can't perform simple actions like adding a credit card. You can however add the card in via the website.
Having a terrible time adding a sime easy vard. It keeps throwing off an error message thay is vryptic and meaningless. The help section is not helpful ay all, just a bunch of trivial Q A. Worthless app.
Downloaded the app, but "an error has occurred" and I can't add a payment option, therefore I cannot use the app and can't get on the bus. Tried calling for assistance but no one picked up.
This app is bad. Not enough effort has been put into making it functional and it still suffers from connection issues. You cannot depend on this app to get anything done regarding using and account with MDT or anything really.
Horrible app, will deduct money from your account immediately but will never post it to my card so that I can use my card on transit. Basically just steals your money and they're no help at the office when you call, you're just wasting their time. Horrible.
Doesn't work half the time. When I reload my card or purchase a new one all it does is take money and not reload or give me what I ordered. When this issue accures the only help you are told when contacting their "support team" is you have ro contact tje the actual transit authority. And rhat's another battle.
It was super easy to use. When you have rush, no cash, is the perfect option to pay directly from your phone
This is literally the worse app I have ever seen. The buttons don't show propperly and it keeps complaining about password directives it will not inform you about. Everything has dashes in it as if whoever tried to implement this could not code at all. Terrible.
Y u make it difficult to ride public transit? 1st you have to call on the 1st of the ninth to get the code. Some of us need to use transit before 8am on the 1st!! Cant edit credit card. Have to go to website.scanners don't recognize the code. build into the app a temporary brightness increase while its being read. Most buses don't have the QR scanner. Don't change the system and then fix bugs, fix the bugs first and in the meantime, give us the option of paper ticket for college pass
