Easy Security

So far it works ok. Very easy to setup, but the fact that a "Zone" is actually just a name of a sensor, and that I couldn't find a way to edit a sensor's mode/name, or even delete a sensor once grouped under the same category (eg. Door, Window, etc) it is really ridiculous! Some people well pointed out that the system will still arm, even if some sensors are not ready (eg. door open). That's true, and a very stupid thing! It beats the purpose of an alarm system! I hope the logic of this system will improve over next updates

EDIT: for those who are getting network error occurred message or push messages not working, uninstall the existing app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You may need to grant the stage permissions again but it worked for me. And yes, no reply from developers for below message😑 Push notifications stopped working after 8/26/2019. This option was perfectly working in earlier releases.

Too simple and kind of cheaply made soft just like the alarm that I bought for it from China. I wrote the seller and asked him what does the page with relay's do and how does it work. The guy had no clue!!! All I was able to do is to change the name of the relays. It's like they added that page to make the app look more fulfilled with options but the page with relay's works just like the Chinese iPhone clone! Lol

It is a great app, needs some updates, sometimes the alarm status is not being shown, it does not show all the notifications too, major part of them are being shown, some alarm notification are missing (like alarm disarmed, etc) sometimes the alarm activates by itself, but it is not related with the app, is more related to the remote control

Absolutely useless. It doesn't Air connect and after several attempts I gave up. At least the old version of Smart Security still works on one phone. Seems that version (Smart Security System) is gone from the internet. This is a complete waste of time and space.

Had this alarm for over the year and it was pretty good have door sensors and motion sensors installed. But recently I noticed I can not access alarm through the app when I'm outside home on 4G no notifications can not arm or disarmed alarm when away. On WiFi I'm able to connect to the alarm but it won't show me if it's armed or not. At the moment alarm is useless. Do not recommend to anyone till they fix the issue. I have asked for support but the are not willing to reply unfortunately.

great but.... this is a great app but has one annoying element (unless I have missed how to do it). the alarm system has the option to name zones, great but how? when you pair a device such as a door sensor I can only place it in the pre described sectors such as living room. further down the app I can change the names of the 99 zones so I would like to place the door sensor in the front door description If that makes sense but I cannot find anyway to do it. instructions are basic so no help

after working smoothly for 2 months, my alarm host device surprisingly deleted from my device list and now I am unable to get notifications. and also I get some error messages when trying to log in to this app using my correct username and password. That shows this software is not robust and not sure how to trust that for my home security??

Over 2 months later, app is still not working properly. have written developer at least 25 times. No response .... please buy a different security system!!!! This app will not stay logged on. Even when the app is locked on phone. For instance, when I came home, the app said disarmed, after I disarmed it via remote control came in the house and the alarm was blaring... no notification was sent to my phone. Useless!

The app is very basic. Some features simply do not work. If you contact them, they have very little knowledge about it. Now, it has been some 10 days where their server is not working properly, and my 2 remote sites can not be reached. It does it work thou, but don´t expect a very finished product.

Update: I simply restarted the digoo alarm and now the app works again outside my home. -------------------- Since yesterday the app works only when I'm in the house and the alarm and the app are on the same wifi connection. When I leave my house and I'm on 4G connection is not possible to connect with home alarm Digoo 3g. No technical support from Digoo.

Bought the dg hama wireless alarm and downloaded this app so could control it from anywhere with mobile. Appears to work initially but after setting the system daily i noticed at sometime during the night the app goes down and automatically disarms the system. Left it armed one day during the day come back and its disarmed.itself..avoid all products from this company. The whole system relies on their server being up and running. They seem to be messing with it all the time so not dependable.

This App only works on the first time that you sign up followed by sign in. After you reboot your phone it signs out and you will never be able to sign in again, it keeps saying that the username or password are incorrect. Other thing that doesn't work is the recovery password. How can you ask the username and password of the account when the user is trying to recover the password!!!!???

I've connected wireless system to the app and after clearing cash on my phone all the paired devices were deleted !!! So now I need to go home to check if the siren didn't turn on by mistake (( this app is the total disappointment. How can you store the connected device in cash, unbelievable

Incomplete features app. -from version 7 the icon does not disappear from status bar, it stays ther. if i disable it, i don't get arm and disarm notification. - once you add wireless sensors you can't eliminate just one, you have to delete all and re add again. i will come back with another feedback after install the siren.

My phone connected stright to the app no issues at all it's great this app is available as it makes it so much easier to setup and manage the alarm system. The reason for 4 starts is the delay in notifications fix this and will change to 5stars.

Was good when it worked but now I can't even log in and says wrong username and password. Feels very strange when this suppose to be a home alarm security system but then you can't even access the app to check that everything is OK.

A few tips to made it work this app: - Your phone and the alarm must be connected at the same Wi-Fi signal. - the Wi-Fi signal and the password must haven't contain special characters or spaces. - The only Wi-Fi modes compatible with the Alarm is 802.11 b/g (not "n", "a" or "ac"). Channel bandwidth at 20MHz, and only 2.4GHz mode. - To check if your Alarm have connection to the Internet (not only to your home Wi-Fi). Check the Wi-Fi signal icon, a "dot" appears under the right side.

Two weeks so far, no issues, very pleased. Easy to use, easy to pair sensors, easy to set up with wifi, overall app is great. Would love a dark mode for easy viewing at night.

Used to work perfectly but now doesn't show if armed on app. All settings have been cleared and cannot get back in to reset. Don't get any alerts if alarm triggers so has made my alarm system useless, not happy.

The app failed function, showing the message: "Network busy ..." The network is not busy, the app is dumb. This app should not be a toy. I wasted my money and bought an alarm system which relies on an unfunctional app. There are many complaints, but the developer doesn't say anything. Very disapointed.

Have read reviews on this app and to be honest I had some problems to with signing into it ,what I was doing wrong was trying to use the same user name and password for 2 Samsung's . Doesn't work . You need to set up 2 different accounts and the softap your account to alarm host . Both mine working fine now . Aggie in customer services couldn't do enough for me and helped me all the way . App 5 stars and customer services 10 stars .

App will not airlink to unit. Tried 2 different networks, both 2.4Ghz, tried 2 different phones, airlink fails. Can see unit connected to router in client list, but it simply won't connect to app. Frustrating.

Alarm is great but the app keeps losing my paired device, so I can't control the alarm from my phone. I've tried pairing it again and it doesn't work. Second time it's lost my device.

Is there anyway to disable the panic alarm. I have the remote control together with my keys and manage to activate the panic alarm alot when I have my keys in pockets UPDATE: I opened up the control and removed the SOS button with a soldering iron. Problem solved!

Edit: can't login to the system in app - Network error - Can't add additional wireless sensor: added smoke sensor, after it door sensor disappeared. Added door sensor - smoke sensor was missing. - By adding sensor system adds it to a zone automatically - Notifications management could be better: enable/disable some types of notifications. Notification sound is annoying. Mark alarm as false is impossible - Could not switch off announcement of arm/disarm system

Using this app for 2 different alarm systems. - DG-HAMA - works all good - DG-HOSA - when alarm is triggered the app is not giving me any instant notification. It only gives me notifications when I manually open the app (which is not really useful since it can be days after the alarm is triggered). Did I miss some settings regarding this issue? Is there any way to fix this issue? If yes, I'll totally give you 5 stars. Otherwise very happy with the alarm system in general.
