Easy Taxi Nepal

2 stars for initiating the online portal. but there are many more things lagging. first it doesn't detect the real time location of the user. second the destination point is not so smart. we need taxi to reach specific point not as bus stop. this point is lagging. third app suddenly diaappers and we have to start all again so much irritated. finally online apps must be smart enough. presently people have roam around the workd so they know all. atleast smooth operation of app must be there.

Has set a taxi time in the morning to be booked for around 5 pm pick up and no one has called till now. m sure no one will come too. I also did not get the point that asking for a device location is fine but why is this app asking to access data files and videos and pictures of my device. It doesn't make sense. awaiting your response.

I tried to book a taxi, but notifications such as "drivers not available and google key not working" were shown instead. Need improvements. Keep working. It will be helpful if worked out well.

It's amazing. Much lesser fare compared to other areas. And also driver gets full amount no reduction for him. It went to my remote area home while most of other cab didn't and charged me 40% of what others would have charged me. Great. Guys support this app

As a regular commuter, Meter taxi charges 650-700 till a place in Tokha. Here I see rate as 850+. Sad that they are promoting this service as cheap service but charging exorbitantly. Another is, I try to type location and expect suggestions, but there's no suggestions showing. I need to manually set location in map. Also wondering if this service is available 24*7. Two rating now for the online service. Hope this will be customer friendly in terms of convenience of app usage & fare.

The cab doesn't come to pick you up at all. The app shows the arrival time of cab but none of them shows up. This app is like a game for children.

Needs improvements. After booking you'll receive a voice call from the driver asking you where you are, and where you are going to. This is the *sole* purpose of the application.

Worst ride hailing app so far. The location service doesn't work. And price is also same as other existing companies.

i was standing right next to ur easy taxi registered vehicle and cant even book from the app.it says error or sthg like dat.do not use this app they cant give service.

This app does not sends otp....this is the worst app in play store ...play store should remove these type of apps

Takes forever to load, crashes frequently, hard to drop pins, why does the logo show a yellow cab?

Worst Cab service in Nepal with even worst customer service. Estimate showed about Rs 320 for my ride but the actual fare came to about Rs 530 almost the double of what was shown. Even the driver was surprised to see that fair. There was no point in arguing with the driver so I paid Rs 530. Later on I decide to contact the customer service but their phone is always switched off so I wrote them about my experience through their app and I never heard back from them. Avoid this company at any cost

This app proves yet another time how bad taxi drivers in Nepal are. First, the drivers won't accept the resqest. Second, even if they accept the request, they decline to drive clamaing inconvenience. The drivers apathy hits the middle class ,who drives taxi on occasions, the hardest. These money-suckers even don't spare the old citizens and hospital going patients. And, this app has proved the overall malfunction of our state yet another time.

it tookme 10 mins to know whether cab is available or not then i got a call from a number who asked me if it is for easy taxi , when i said yes he told me he is in naya bus park and disconnected, y do u show 2 mins arrival of taxi when u r in another direction very disappointed

Its useless... i wasted my time here trying to find taxi for so long...
