When it works, it simply works. However, when something goes astray, outside of the normal Mon-Fri support hours, then there is no support whatsoever. My account was locked on a Sunday afternoon (when using the correct credentials!) but the online & telephone support channels were non-existant/worthless.

Why did the app start to force me to login with password every single day now. Each time I login with fingerprint I get a message that I didn't login with password for the past 30 days (even if I did 5 min earlier or the previous day) and I need to login with password. This is really annoying I must say.

Just installed it. Yes it takes some time to set everything up. It would be much easier if the app actually told you which special characters are not allowed in your password instead of having you guess. Once you are registered the app so looks much better that the old and has quite some new features. You get statistics, overview over all accounts incl. Credit cards. For the time being I like it.

This app has already failed to work at critical times on several occasions because of its various bugs. I haven't been able to use the app for two days now - unacceptable! The English translation could definitely do with improvements too because it's very German-sounding and confusing in places. Security is good however (if the app is working)

After initial hick-ups this app finally works. Appreciate the card lock function, which allows me to lock anytime without a call. Very useful when abroad. Would like to see a support chat bot, with option to get connected to a real person. App is also a bit slow. Else great improvement of service and usability.

When I can login, it works, but mostly it crashes right after I entered my credentials on the login screen. Seems like it doesn't work with Blokada, the ads blocker, as it implement a virtual VPN connection.

The registration process demands that a link is opened from an email. This link shall be opened by the app rather than by the browser but this is not possible. There is no selection possible. Rubbish design. This link should ask for the app as software by itself. Without that being resolved, I am unable to make use of the new app, when you switch off the old one in september, I might be left w/o access

Login with password whenever easy login expires is super weird and unreliable. The old password does not seem to work anymore, so I set a new one because maybe I just forgot the old password - but the new passwords I set also tend to not work anymore. Super weird and annoying and not confidence inspiring.

When they change the app to the new vlstyle/version I wrote: "Doesn't run at all, claims my phone is rooted, but it is not, and even if it would be rooted the app should run like the old one, the old app stopped working so now I have no working easybank app." Then with the next update the app was running in my device, great =), but a month or so later a new udate comes and bang! doens't work, it says again that my phone is rooted! when is not! Please Fix that false detection of rooted device!

The app says I have a rooted phone - which is not true. Then I wrote an eMail to easybank and they told me that my 3rd party OS is not supported. But LineageOS is big and you should definitely support it! They also mentioned that the wrong root detection will be fixed in a next version - but even now with v2.3 it is still the same. easybank, could you please fix this finally?

Update: Got into the app finally! Really nice new features like My Expenses. Very cool cluster overview. Not 5* because of the registration/login flow. There are issues there - see what the back button does to the flow e.g. ;) Maaan.... Do you people have Quality Assurance testers? User flow is really bad and app is buggy! You can't possibly release an e-banking app with such issues, really. Atm I can't log into the app although I confirmed email.

The old app was bad, but it worked. Now they want to force me to switch to the new one, and i have to create a username with retarded password and PIN. Why? How many accounts do i need? You managed to leave out fingerprint authentication. Whoever authorised this forced-change should be fired!!! Time to switch my bank. And don't thank me for my feedback. Good customer service is not simply responding to each comment with the same blah blah text. It's something else, and you are far, far from it.

Registration process is extremely painful, since it doesn't work with secTan and in my case involved printing and mailing forms. And why can't we just login with disposer and PIN like on the website? Entering a 12+ digit password on every launch of the app is super annoying, please support biometric login already.

Edit : thanks to support i was able to set the mobilTAN. After a few attempts to set the Easy pin (several errors messages) it was finally possible to log in. Quit a hassle to set up the app...

Yes, it does not have the all the same options as the browser based version, but I have never had real problems with this app over many years on multiple smartphones.

an excellent application , in the beginning I was skeptical and even rated it with 1 star ( I deleted that review and now replacing with this 5 star review) .Secure , fast , just what is needed . Security tip , enable fingerprint for this (or any other application with fingerprint option) but disable it for waking up the phone ( dangerous if you lose a phone of have it stolen )

Update: Another year passes and App is still the most unreliable banking app I ever used. Login disabled and requires password change. Only after Password change it gives the same error saying I have to change the password.

Cannot even start the app.. "a technical error has occurred. Please try again later". :/ Miui 10.4.2 Global --- Update 07/09/2019: meanwhile the app is working, thanks for that. Some minor bugs are still to fix. --- Update 10/09/2019: it's down again for three days now.. guys, when you gonna fix this for good? --- Update 13/09/2019: app still not working, now it's a problem with the "silent tan".. what's that? --- Update 20/09/2019: still not working, support contacted via email.

Asks for password every Launch, although fingerprint access is configured. Leaves an very insecure and Buggy Impression after all.

After completing registration (including mobiletan) with success messages at all starkes, starting the app give 'A technical error has occurred. Please try again later". It doesn't work later! Running Android 9 on Galaxy S9. LATEST: Works as of 13.9.

Disaster. After switching to 5 different web browsers, among them Chrome, I could not even complete the e-mail link activation. The furthest I could get is to a web window with the activate button, after that I was prompted "E-mail activation failed".

Cannot be used with an android custom rom. The old app worked for many years with custom roms and suddenly this has become a security issue?!? Now I have to reinstall my OS to have a banking app after the 12th of September?!?

Overcomplicated interface, bad UX, not following platform (Android) practices and and and. The "new" version is still 5 years behind current state of tech!

After 7 painful tries to finish the identification process and a useless response from customer service (which does not even dare to sign the email off with a name) I have given up. This cannot be recommended whatsoever.

No Android Face Unlock, even after a year of waiting. Push notifications not working anymore. No notification when paying with NFC. No way to change NFC limit.

Last update broke something. No transfers possible. "Error during creating your payment. Please try it again" Cleared Cache and Data.
