EasyBiz Mileage Tracker - Business Gas Tax Expense

Manual entry is not working. I want to love this app, and it seems like it will be great for live tracking, but I have several trips I want to log from prior to downloading and it won't work. I can enter all the data, but it just gets stuck on the details entry and it won't allow me to save. I have to completely close out the app, but the info doesn't save. If I can't add my previous trips, I'll just need to find another option.

I seeing this happen to others. The app was doing great. I tracked all my mileage for doordash and ubereats for the last quarter of 2019. Took a break for a while to focus on my full time job. Then when i come back, the app is stuck on tracking a trip i never started and it wont stop. Had no choice but to uninstall. Hate to see it. I hope that bug gets resolved soon but unfortunately i gotta go with another app. Best of luck to you all.😥

Here's what I like: really easy to use, unlimited free trips, allows manual input when I forget to turn it on. It would get 5 stars for me if I could: manually input my forgotten trips by simply typing in the address instead of literally finding it on the map and pressing the location each time, export the data in a usable format (even the xls export is just a data dump and is not arranged in any way or even readable)

So..i download the app, use it for 2 days, no problem. The 3rd day, it doesnt work. So i assume, stupid me, that i need to save to the cloud to continue to use the app, i pay the $2.99 monthly fee to continue use. Go to log in, it wint let me. Register a new account. It wont let me. Long story short, i cant use the damn app, i cant even log on to cancel the monthly charge. Guess ill have to dispute the charges with my bank. UPDATE: Figured out how to cancel the subscription.

I would like to thank the customer help executives as they helped me to set up the app properly. I am not tech savvy at all and feel confused whenever I have to set up or change anything on my smartphone or laptop. But, thank God there was the superb individual on the other side who helped me like a friend. EasyBiz is working really good.

The app froze and wouldn't let me log my last drive. I thought I could uninstall and log back it. But none of account info is being recognized and I just lost a whole month of tracking. Thanks a lot!!

I've been using it for a little over a month but it just all of a sudden won't work anymore. Seems like it's stuck on tracking my route and I can't stop it. I've tested the app but it doesn't help also. Don't want to uninstall because I can't manually back up my current data in the app. Will look for a different app if this isn't fixed.

Digital age has made almost everything. Now, we can do mileage tracking through apps. EasyBiz is one great app to install. I am using it since a couple of years. Its adding more features and accessories and maintaining to be on the top. It is the best app of all seasons.

Great App. Easy to follow. Awesome swiping options. Prices are great. Best plan deals I was able to find out of all the mileage tracker apps. Only issue is pairing my credit card for purchases but not a big deal for what I need it for. Possibly because Im in Canada. Not sure but an A+ App.

Its a very nice user interface when it works. I only used it for 2 trips and on my third trip it got stuck and wont let you end the trip. Resetting the app still stuck. And it lost the data from my second trip. Dont use this.

It would show me where I was. But I couldn't get it to track where I had been. The STOP button didn't work at ending any trips I took. So would just show the start position and the current position.
