Can't refund my ticket at all. I've already make a payment and contact them using WhatsApp and never got their feedback! And this time I wanna cancel my ticket due to some emergency, yet I haven't got their feedback too. Also sent email to them and still the same. No feedback at all. Such a disappointment.
The app was easy to use. However, some terminals still require you to print your ticket so it would be great if easybook inform the companies about the digital pass feature. This app doesn't allow you to rate your experience. You have to wait to receive an email to be able to rate. It would be great if they have rating feature in the app to make it easier.
I've purchase a ticket from Kuantan to KL around end of year 2021, but there's a heavy rain causing the highway flooded so there's no bus coming into Kuantan. I've been requesting refund for a few time, but there's no one attend to my problem…… until today I'm still contacting the customer service😅😥😭
Poor customer service, they never reply to any of your Inquiries. This app doesn't even notify that u still need to print the ticket bus physically even u already bought it online. What's the point of this app giving us the "digital pass" with a QR code in it but we can't use it upon entry? U still need to queue to get the physical ticket with the qr code to scan it upon entry. Such a waste of time
I've been trying to change my mobile number on my profile to make secure bookings, but never received any OTP from the system. Poor interface.
Very bad service provider. Not recommended. Poor customer service and features to keep passengger up to date about any cancellation. Highly not recommended.
Customer service for whatsapp and email are sucked. However, the customer service for FB is good, fast reponse during working hours. Will rate 1 star if not for the FB customer service team.
Very bad experience of using this App to rental car, I'm booking on 29th Apr till 3rd May, paid the deposit than until today this App never respond to me. Customer helpline also no answer, just give the excuse said peak on line.
Trash app. Took the money but did not receive ticket. Send enquiry to email and whatsapp but no response for over a week. Strongly not recommended.
Zero customer svs WhatsApp, voice call, emails. Exhausted all avenues for days on tickets bought but encountered issue as a first timer. No respond totally. Despite msg over WhatsApp being read. Will not buy anymore tix fr them due to the bad experience. Maybe if you foresee no customer svs required for your bookings, you may consider trying.
Every time booking sure have problems different bus, seat I book different I get, online booking still need to print ticket need to pay extra for it. I won't reccomend this apps.
Saya beli ticket, payment been made suddenly booking detail & confirmation semua takde. Whtspp no respon call no respon. Pls advise lah CS, this has put me in very difficult situation. Awaiting your team respond.
It is ok, fast process & confirmation. But now and then the apps automatically logged-off.
I bought a ticket twice the money was deducted but the ticket could not. very disappointing.
I can't receive OTP for verification. Don't know why, keep saying "have error loading page". Please fix this issue 😢
Made easy in purchasing but not at rules account. I just topup my easy wallet but have to wait for 3 month to withdraw my own money?

I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied of the apps. It does not capture fail transactions and end up my credit were deducted from the ewallet. Recently I have top up my credit via website and still it does not reflect in the apps. However, it use the last balance as the latest one. I have no issue with the service till today but your team still not come back on my previous email referring to unsuccessful transactions.
I bought a bus ticket (already make payment) using this app and l didn't get my tickets l bought , l try to email but no response from them (easy Booking) and l what app them (easy Booking) no bother to reply . I advised whoever wants to use this app think twice , will bring my proof of payment and this matter to the relevent government agency
cannot refund and customer service in whatsapp just bluetick, cannot call if you want to talk with customer service, bye..
Fraud app, used promo code and promised 10% cash back but charged full price and no cash back
the helpline was rude replied to my text and ignored me once I asked for refund with literal explanation. it was the website's problem and now I had to what? the so called ctc that was supposed to help me ignore one I proved it wasn't my part that was wrong
Log in keep error, online payment and credit card payment alwasy keep crashing.
Used this app a few times. The problem rises when I wanted to request a refund. No matter what I did, the only thing that pops up is invalid request. Waited for almost 2 hour for a specific bus to come, but ended up having to buy a new ticket since the staff also asked all the customers that bought the same ticket for that particular bus to issue a refund. Pls fix for refund request process.
