All I get is Access Code is not correct. Storage facility opened a ticket and got back basically a canned message about checking to make sure notifications are enabled, which they were, and check to make sure internet is working from my phone. Did anybody even look to see if I was in the database? I don't think so. I have tried to make this work on an Android and an iPhone with the same results.
App won't even validate the enrollment. I tried setting it up. No text ever sent for validation. Email says my account was set up but can't even log-in just glitches until it says " wrong email or password." This is app dev 101 people, not rocket science!!! Worthless.
This app is great when it works. As a facility manager, I try to help customers register for the app. They are being asked to give management a 6 digit code to complete registration. PTI does not say what this code is for and we don't receive any notifications at our office. Tenants cannot skip this step to register. Submitted a tech support ticket that just says it is an iphone issue. Great, however, tenant was using an Android phone. Please remove this 6 digit code thing.
I manage a storage facility. I have noticed longer load times lately in general or it not working properly on IPhones. Please check into this. When it is working it is great. Upgraded to s22 ultra, app is not letting me log in and cannot recover password.
Zero stars. Literal waste of space in your phone. Just store this garbage in your storage unit and forget about it... and their contact email address returns undeliverable.
This App is a joke! I have gone round robin with damn thing, Uninstalled, Re-installed and gave all permissions. And I still get a flippin' Error message about the access code! Which we used at the facility just yesterday to build shelves.
My iPhone app worked great. I switched to a Samsung phone and now all it says is no internet connection when I try to log in. Ridiculous
Won't not allow me to even enroll in order to try it. I've uninstalled it twice now and still nothing. Will not waist my time no longer.
I can't even enroll in it to use the app. Keeps telling me my Access code is wrong when I know it's not so I never get past the page asking for access code and last name
Cannot reset password, app says I am not connected to internet when I am.
I won't give an app access to my microphone and GPS at all times, ESPECIALLY if the app gives a prompt saying you can't use the app without it. Huge red flag for me. Major security risk. Love and trust Dependable Storage, but do not trust this SUSPICIOUS third party app. If these issues are fixed, I will try again. But until then, it will stay deleted and I'll continue putting in my PIN at the gate.
this app doesn't work! I can't even get it to finish the enrollment/account setup it will not send the verification text to my phone. I've now tried it with four different emails. I even contacted my cell provider to see if it was something wrong on their end everything is good there.it still won't send me the text!
Can't login. Useless. Actually, worse than useless!
Same day update, app states text will be sent within 5 seconds to complete enrollment process. However, an email is sent instead, not knowing difference between text and email does not instill confidence in using this app. Have not tried it yet.
When is 3.0 coming out!!!! The concept of this app is great. They just need to fix the bugs and make all the features work. Voice command to open gate, great idea, make it work. Notify tenants when alarm on their unit goes off, superduper! Get the GPS right so it always works when I'm at the gate but never when I'm home on the couch, revolutionary!!! Come on guys. Let's get this fixed!
Despite opting either not to give permission (phone access) or to give access only during app use (other permissions), Android keeps notifying me that the app is using voice recognition, despite the app not having been opened. When I tap on the notification, it brings up the app as if it had been open all along. Also not clear how I am supposed to use the app with Android Auto since I am driving when I use it. IMMEDIATE UNINSTALL of this app for me!
Worked great!! Finally no more awkward pull-ups to the hard to reach keypad. Just a push of a button and in or out ya go. Loved it, until yesterday. It just stopped working. Thr app opens, all information pulls up everything seems fine except the missy important feature, thr main reason that anyone downloads thr app, it won't open my gate. The fussy 4 or 5 days, It was great, yesterday... today not so much. Is there something in Need to do to fix this issue? I don't want to delete, but...
Not good at all. Downloaded and tried to setup, after multiple attempts at trying to input my 10 digit key and having customer service from my storage facility attempt to activate it on my phone I gave up and uninstalled it. Might be a good idea but seems like there's just too many issues with the app right now
Works but unfortunately it continues to say easy code is using voice recognition in notifications you can clear the notification and it will come right back shortly very annoying. The app also requests access to too much unnecessary confidential data all it needs is GPS notification while using the app to open the door at the storage facility. Fix this and it will be a five-star app
App is very low budget and not super useful. Wrong information displayed for access hours. We'll have to see how future updates go. I don't like how when the app is closed it it still running in the background and that you have to logout.
I've tried downloading installing, uninstalling the app. I've tried changing my gate pin code with no success. I have even gone into the storage facility office and they cannot figure it out either. If I could, this app would get a big O.
When it works, it is great. But about once a month the app gets stupid and stops working. It recognizes my email but fails to connect. It says to Logout but never let's me actually logout. It requires a complete reinstall.
2 suggestions... 1) if I'm driving to the facility I just want to click on the app and use my finger print to login to app. and 2) app should NOT need access to my phone mic to operate properly. Make these changes and I would give it 4 stars.
Constantly tells me the mic is recording in a notification. I have the mic disabled in permission settings, but the notification still appears. The notification does not stop when I close the app either. I have to force close the app to remove the notification. Why is this app using the microphone when I have specifically forbid it?!?

Still not sure what's the benefit of installing this app, which requires access to your phone book, audio, and to make calls... Sounds sketchy to me. Essentially, it just remembers my locker password that I still had to physically dial in at the gate.
I don't want to give more permissions than i have to, yet this app requires permission to make phone calls. The developer notes say its to allow quick dial to the storage office and for that purpose only. But if i deny permission for that, app can't install. I guess I am not installing the app then...
Won't get past password during setup. Un-installed & reinstalled. Tried several different 9-11 characters and a symbol still didn't work. Don't waste your time just use the keypad at the gate!
*** THIS APP DOES NOT WORK*** Tried a 2nd email address to set up the app. Got the confirmation done but the app does not recognize my login. The app does not recognize the password I set up. When I try the reset password link the app says I have no internet connection. Tried to contact customer service and the email bounces. Went to the website and it says "forbidden". Waste of my time.
