Terribly managed App. You book a shuttle spending 90 rupees and expect better usage of technology. When you book the shuttle, there is an automated text message sent which says the Driver Name is on the way to pick you up. Note this message is sent exactly 20 mins before the pick up time. Irony here is when you call the Driver, he either is not aware of the pick up or vehicle is broken down or his number is switched off. When you call customer service to seek help, two things will happen- Number is not reachable or the line is continuously busy. In mid way of holding the call. Another text message is sent to you, cab is delayed because of Operational Issues and this message is sent almost for all issues. Every driver is different and they stop at their own pick up/ drop points. You have to call them to ask where should I come to board the shuttle everyday. Feedback isn't taken seriously. I have shared constant feedback in the app for more than a month now and there is response whether yes or no to that feedback. Refund is not the only answer to all problem's. Continuous improvement is required. Horrible Management and terrible usage of technology.
It's a worst service at all. Don't go for this. Today this morning booked the ride for one of the time slot @08:45 am, after coming to the boarding point @08:59 am they sent an sms that ride is canceled. And repeatedly calling to their customer service they not at all lifting the call. Such a worst experience. Better go for "Shuttl" commute service which is an another commute service, it is very good and with the same cost of it you can travel in AC, since it was full I opted for easy Commute. Such a useless service.
Waste app so far as well as navigation.. I have booked a commute in the evening and when I arrived at the pick up point before the scheduled time it is showing the vehicle is on the way to your stop in the app but when I called the driver he said he has already left the stop before the scheduled time and the response from the customer care is also not good... my money is also gone.. I request other people to not waste money by booking a ride by downloading this app..
Worst app it shows free ride but does not show the option to book that free ride and you just need to load the money in multiples of 100 only no other option like paytm etc. I still not utilized myfree ride as it is not showing the option to book. The worst app and the worst customer care. Take my 55 credit points and enjoy easy commute team.
Such a waste of time using this app.. The cab will get cancelled at the very last moment and they don't even care to give any explanation.... I have really bad experiences with the cab services multiple times.... Waste of money, waste of time and waste of our energy dealing with this app
Worst service, don't go for it, not maintaing timings, Drivers are not know anything, i booked for the first time, i had very bad experience, if you miss the cab, money won't come back, i reached pickup point so early, called many times to the driver, He is not lifted the phone, called customer care, he is giving irresponsible answers, very carelessly. Shuttle is giving excellent service go for it.
They let you recharge only in terms of 100. They have no fixed routes. I can neither get a refund nor have information on when the next route will be available. They are super unreliable and have the worst staff.
Timings are not followed properly,option to add 100x amount only. Can not get remaining amount back. Free ride will just reduce you 10rs.worest worelst app. Even the bus is very congesting, no ac will be provided even if it is shown as Ac one.
the most worst service in Hyderabad , never ever install this app or book any shuttle from easy commute. i had a horrible day because of this cab service. i waited for the shuttle at the spot and it never came and no proper response from customer support. the worst kind of behaviour of the staff.
The service and communication seems to be pathetic. I had recharged wallet with money but when asked and checked there's seems to be no service available. So I had to ask for refund for which there is no reply from the team. Why don't you have some seriousness in solving the issues instead making false promises and service is so pathetic that no one responds to call any time in a day and they don't have annswer if lifted. I suggest not to use this app or services..
i suggest no one to use this, they will never send you the correct cab details or cab number, happened to me thrice in a week, on top of that they won't revert your money even miscommunication is from their end, they simply keep their customer care Mobil numbers in switched off state, telling there are bunch of morons operating this service.
My drop point was mindspace cyient and time was 9:51 am. but the cab's route got deviated from mindspace. I got confused and got down after a while. at least there should be a communication regarding route change or route should have been updated in the app. my ride details today. pickup : kompally cross roads drop mindspace cyient.
The most worst customer support I have ever seen. In case you call the customer support and speak the facts they save your number and don't lift your calls. They keep our call on hold and talk bad about us. It takes lot of hard work from the founders and engineers to build an application but everything gets negative when you have such rude support. Positive's and the star is for Mayank who acknowledges and responds appropriately, product for easing commute and cabs which are fair on time.
Such a useless app. I haven't received any sms to register, in spite of multiple attempts Edit : I was finally able do sign in but i dint see timings that are convenient
The driver took a shortcut and not visited the pickup point and when called the support team, they are not ready to cancel or refund the trip. The support guy disconnected the call when asked for escalation matrix or for a manager. Worst experience ever
Worst customer support. I need to cancel my subscription or extend the validity. The customer care person is so rude. From first week of September we are are calling Easy commute, but no response till now. Worst customer service ever .
The rides are for most of time stable and regular. Had a few issues with some drivers, but the service and customer care are great!
Need to improve a lot. They provided a ride for a week and then all of a sudden that route is not available. As informed by many, cabs/wingers are old and dirty. No idea on how to use the free rides. Annoying popup of refer and earn. No exit button in the app. A strange update from a driver is that the passengers need to remind the driver that the drop off point is approaching and that the vehicle is to be stopped.
