What i love about the app is the easiest to use. Everything is explained to you, shows you the pricing, listing and how detailed your profile is. The only i problem i always encounter is entering my password. Even though it is correct, i never understand why it is problematic whenever i enter that the app declines it. Perhaps consider giving people options to enter pins instead. It will make it alot more efficient and faster.

A great trading platform for the novice. One thing that really bugs me though is the navigation in the app. For example, if you click on an ETF to learn more about it and then click the back button, the app does not take you to the same position in the list. Instead, it resets the search results. A real time price feed and alerts in the form of push notifications is necessary. Payment clearance between the same banks should be instant. I have noticed that the app is down often for maintenance.

Great app, easy to use. I would like to see a stop loss feature in the future. Also please fix the issue of going back and it returns to the main search page instead of the previous one. Another thing, the intergration of Easy Properties is terrible, I shouldn't have to log into it from the EE platform. You also cannot get back to the EE platform from Easy Properties.

A great app that I would recommend to anyone looking to invest in their own time. I would like to mention something though. Can EE please look into the issue when you are browsing and let's say on the 3rd page of equities. When you go back it takes you back to the 1st page and not to the page you were previously on. It is quite frustrating especially when looking around at different equities.

I do love trading on the app, it's very easy. However the app itself has a lot of bugs and issues its constantly saying 'no internet connection...' however I have a perfect internet connection and am able to use other services such as Netflix very well ...therefore it makes using the app absolutely frustrating..also I feel like this only happens when certain Equities are at optimal purchase price therefore purposely making you unable to purchase it at that point. Very disappointed& dissatisfied

This app is very bugy, it is very frustrating to login. The isues does not apply to the app only, but across all platforms of EasyEquities (i.e. Website). Most of the time I login, there is an error of a bad gateway connection and this is just one of the problems. If the bugs are resolved, I would be happy to change my review. I do think this platform has allot of potential.

As a fellow software engineer. I can appreciate the look and feel. But the app crashes and hangs alot, could be few things but I suggest the guys look into background threads if not already using it, you need a good level of concurrency in a mobile app. Also sometimes it just returns a not found error when navigation is abit too fast. Overall good UX. Backend processes, debateble.

Great app however have 2 issues at the moment.. When browsing the etfs and typing a name and you click on the search result it takes you back to the top of the screen and have to scroll back down to results and then it works.. 2nd issue is when browsing by category, and you go into a specific company and then go back out, it resets the search back to default and have to go back and choose the category again.. A little frustrating when trying to browse many different options.

The app is often down. It often puts out an error message that there 'No Internet Connection' which is a lie. Also the app is not very intuitive. Took me ages to work out how to sell my existing shares from the app. The navigation between the different investment accounts and how yuu change you view within them is also not great. Position on the screen indicates content hierarchy. If your main section navigation is below the secondary navigation you will confuse people..

Much better! Well done. This now appears to be a native Android app that's worthy of a place on my phone. While I understand this is still a first pass at a native app experience I do have some suggestions. It would be helpful to include burger menus that slide out from the side on the invest page to filter the stocks. And instead of pagination move to an infinite scroller (or a load more button) so the new stocks appear in my current context instead of having to scroll back to the top

The application is decent. Not a fan of the limit amount on selling stocks through the platform, over a certain limit one needs to call EE to perform a trade - not the most expedient thing. The app layout could be improved. The app does generally work quite smoothly and one can perform, more or less, the same functions one can do through the website.

There's no stop loss or buy feature. The app needs allot of work. It's cheap though. I've been using it for a year and will be changing soon. I would recommend it to beginners but after u get some experience it's better to use the many other apps with more trade features and options. With out a stop loss or buy feature this apps just not good enough.

When you minimise the app, all onscreen information, that has been typed in, is lost - login details, investment deposit, etc. To make things worse, if this happens while picking a username for your new account, that username is lost forever and you cannot re-use it. Good looking app, but it clearly hasn't gone through a proper testing or bug fixing sprint yet. Just too many annoying, obvious issues, staring everyone in the face.

Started off as a great platform but with the introduction of the $ market & the explosion of membership, it has now become very unstable. There's more downtime than uptime lately & weird decisions are being made - like splitting account summary/overview from holdings. Everyone seems to be in charge of marketing & everyone seems to be incharge of replying to messages/posts/DM's...WHEN THEY ACTUALLY GET TO IT. Not very process or structure driven. Kinda scary when u have a lot of money invested.

Great app investing is easy and explained so that anyone can understand. I just think adding an easy crypto tab under investment accounts would be be better than having to go into your profile to access it, same goes for easyproperties which has a tab but like easycrypto also has a separate log in which feels unnecessary. They should either have their own apps or should just be directly accessible on the easyequities app without redirecting you to a different page to access your portfolio.

The app looks good aesthetically, but it is not user friendly. After you're done browsing through a certain category, a certain company or the top 40 companies and want to go back to the previous page, it takes you all the way back to the start. Also when I log out and then press back, it opens up the app again. It's frustrating

Login problems: after installing the updated app, the keypad is not displayed for entering login details e.g. password. I need to uninstall and reinstall the app to be able to use it. Recurs each time I use the app. No problem with the website. Email sent but response did not address this problem. Extremely frustrating.

This is rating the app and not the actual platform. Platform is great. The app has become terrible. So slow I often just give up trying to do anything. Often get error on the app saying no internet, however my connection is perfect and everything else works. I find the website on my pc is also very slow lately.

I really love the app and it plays a very crucial role in educating one on investing,but i have one major problem which concerns the selection of different equities,when one selects e.g number 11 with a variety of different companies,when you select a specific company and return back to compare other companies on number 11,the back button takes one back to number 1,which is frustrating to skip numbers back to number 11,so please let the I.T team make a plan with that option to save time!

Honestly the app has been great so far. I won't lie, there's room for improvement and some work needed on some bugs. But those are small things. I'm now waiting for the EasyCrypto and EasyProperties App. Yes I know I can access these on the standard app, but I wouldn't mind a dedicated app for these platforms. Anyways, keep up the good work👍🏾

Great app! I am impressed with the app design and the product offering makes investing very easy. Suggestion: The 'Recent Transactions' section of the app, it would be great if you guys could change this to a table. It would be easier on the eye and less "cloggy". Example: Date | Transaction type | Debit | Credit Thanks, I look forward to investing :)

The Easy Equities offering is great. Super low fees. No minimums and no monthly fees. If you want to start investing, there is not a better place to do it. The app is top class, does what it needs to and looks great. Obviously you can also log in to your account via a web browser and do what you need to there. My vote. Dont go anywhere else for your TFSA, discretionary investments and even your RA.

This is a great app but it it does tend to show you "no internet connection" during high volumes of traffic. I hope the developers can fix this issue with future updates. Can you also add a "alert" function to inform you when shares drop to a certain value or increases to a certain value?

My experience has been very pleasant but I believe that there are some upgrades that would be convenient for us user it would greatly appreciated for your IT department to look into it and see what they can improve the platform. I really appreciate and enjoy the platform, it's an epic game changer.

Overall the app is good, but the prices are not always accurate. Bought shares when the price showed 24 rand (roughly) and when the shares come through the price was back to 1600 rand (roughly). I did not lose any money but the price was most likely incorrect. Happend more then once. All in all not bad but a little worrying. Edit: I have tried to contact the email provided a week ago. No reply as of yet
