Shd put articles on rpgt taxes, tenancy / lease agreements, and if possible justify the multiplies.
Can u double check your RPGT calculation.. for example if Vendor purchase on 20/11/2013 and selling on 20/7/2019 is the RPGT for Malaysian Individual is it 5% or 15%? From the app it shows 15%.

A good calculator for Malaysians who is buying a property
Annoying ad on bottom right corner prevents me from searching the Rules of Court 2012. The X button to close the ad is halfway out of the screen, so it's a real pain to close. Please change this. Annoying.
