App can't take photos for cctv, just highlights the button but no screen shot taken, works on hd stream for a day or 2 then just shows loading on the screen. Overall app is not good used superliveplus before and theirs is so much more streamlined can even do is mainstream and substream simultaneously not either record in hd or sd as hd takes long to review from phone and sd doesn't have the quality. app is getting better with each update keep it up
Have had issues with playback being jerky, ff, play, pause, and reverse features on play back are unreliable. Playback timeline bar could use some work to smoothen out it's functionality. Playback regularly skips to an unselected point in time.
No motion detection markers in timeline. No push notifications to phone for motion. Clunky and old looking app. Needs A LOT of work. I paid a tonne of money for my security system that was highly recomended to me and I'm super disappointed that I have to deal with this app provided by Tiandy.
Very slow/delayed app. Motion Video capture doesn't load most of the time. Using a brand new phone and tried on other phones.
update makes viewing very slow. also when checking camera 24hr history it now has green lines that it snaps to so can not go to an exact moment in timeline like before. Very dissapointing

The app gets stuck very often leading phone hanging. Need to restart, uninstall, reinstall frequently.
Neos camera installed in India. Singapore mobile application P2P connection device off message coming. camera not working. connect bangalore server via VPN it is connecting. starhub mobile. please advice

All is OK but zoom option is not good as before.... A bug inside.. Need to clean

It was old version working properly when updated stop working.

Hi having a strange issue the easylive video when in India it was working but after moving to Dubai it works only between 01am to 03am after that the device shows offline. Kindly help to solve this. Thanks. Very poor no response also.
