No option to contact cc, transaction always fails, no refunds - only credits in wallet, you cannot load wallet. CC no not working. Till using because money strucked in. WASTE OF TIME AND LOSS OF MONEY. on 7th oct 2016: till they were not responding. thefting money from wallet. there is no option to see transaction history, no statement. fraud. CHOR. DONGALU. shameless fellows not responding.

I have tried to book tickets through this app..my money was debited from my account and ticket was not confirmed even they did not return my money till now..even I tried customer care so many time..but it is not connecting. It's worst experience to me..there is no one responsible after deducting money

I felt this app was awesome.. I had been using for a long time. This weekend when i was booking tickets the payment was successful but tickets were not booked... They charged my credit card too.. There is no way i can contact someone on this org for this discrepancy.. Very poor app for any issues.

Do you ever have any sense the payment of money has been done we didn't even received our tickets this is a very serious issue will raise a complaint against this issue...

Worst app don't install they won't refund the money for un booked tickets. They won't respond for emails and calls

Tried to book tickets money deducted but tickets not booked,no wat to contact to anybody,mailed but no reply,dont know who to ask query,same problem with my frnds too help me asap,return my money thank you

Please update the app,and redesign, UI should be changed,and payment modes can be re designed,please add some discount facilities,coupons options..

The money was deducted while booking tickets but their is no confirmation of tickets and the money deducted from my wallet was not refunded and u people doesn't bother & their is no way to contact worst app

It has been all 10 days from my transcation still now my amount is not refunded if within 2 days my amount is not refunded i e 353/- i will lodge a complaint against you in the bank.
