while the functions of the camera are as described, the actual quality of the camera is a different story. I went to plug it back in today and the inside piece where the charging cord disconnects was rattling around in there. After taking the bottom off I found this component is broken off from the circuit board. I've unplugged it ONCE in its short usage period and used it for a week total. Fantastic camera, poor quality, this is now expensive trash, I cannot plug it in. very disappointing.
I use this camera for a few months & it works fine.Suddenly it doesn't work though I have reinstalled the appn. again.It shows "Wrong Password".I cannot edit camera .It freezes. Can anyone helps me to solve this problem. Not recommend to buy this camera.
It used to be really good but now stop working a few months even tried everything to fix this. Please Mr. Psdeasy fix this soon as loads of people got the same issue. Much appreciated
It used to work fine but for past few months the app is not working over the mobile network, works only when the phone is connected to Wi-Fi. Any suggestion to fix it ?
I have reset the camera and still tells me wrong password, this camera is new never used it, what a joke.
Just set up the camera. The app is very easy to use and the view is very very clear.
Camera is not working with any other network. Only working with same network as online Am facing it since 01/01/2021

Company won't respond to my email regarding the problem of trying to log in once the QR code was damaged on the back of the camera. Now I have 2 useless camera that won't work at all until I have a way to reconnect to them. If yiu are reading this could please respond to me so we can fix it. I've had no video security in my home for half a year now.....
just bought this and the video record doesn't work, the icon is with an exclamation mark... may someone let me know how to fix it. thx
Since thus latest update it stopped working getting a wrong password error. Please release a patch asap. Or let us know what to do to fix this. Why is it taking so long to resolve? Roll the software version back for now atleast
Unable to set-up after resetting the device using updated android "pie" working on older version.
Camera used to work with wifi network, but with the change of provider the camera couldn't be found on new wifi network. Tried restart, reset but no use. Finally I used lan (wired network) and it works for now. Hope new updates can help this real soon.
Worst app.last weeks its creating so much trouble.asking for password and when we set it ,shows wrong password.Tried calling and wrote an email but no use.

I tried for a half an hour following the instructions. I had the 640x480 easyn ptz IP camera connected with a lan cable. I even hell down the reset button to make sure. Though I was unable to get it to function at all as far as the setup. I'm going to try the other related easy n app and see if that works any better. If I was on the engineering design team or software design team I would definitely have made some alterations to the software and hardware for that matter. 640 by 480 is garbage these days. This was something I had sitting in a drawer for several years, decided to try and make use of it on the 2nd floor of our house, instead of throwing it away. I was terribly not impressed with this camera years ago when I bought it, including the software, and the setup was crappy back then as well! There is a hum in the audio reception that is irritating from what I remember. As far as the software, not user-friendly by today's standards...
