Easypaisa

It's been crashing my phone since the last dew days. Whenever I open up the app, and the fingerprint input pops up, my PHONE restarts and I am never able to use the app. Please fix this ASAP as it is causing a lot of trouble for me to do my daily transactions which I love to do via easypaisa. Updated to the latest version and it didn't help either.

It's good to hear that you can varify your account using fingerprints. But you are using wrong method. See, every single phone (High or Low end) equipped with fingerprint scanner (Physical or Optical), why don't you use that fingerprint scanner. It's same as retailer's physical fingerprint scanner.

It was working really good in start. Right now, no one can send my any payment. I've tried literally every bank but there's an error that says that "invalid amount". So right now I can't receive any money on my app. How can I resolve this issue. Also, it's impossible to put complain on the help center available on app. If I can't report then why are you even displaying the option there! It's pathetic

Pathetic app. Been trying to subscribe to a package , it it is giving a notification of error. Fix this please. Different day, same problem. Whenever I try to subscribe to a package it shows an unknown error notification. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Worst pathetic app

I was using this app. Few days ago I install this app after reset my phone. I have noticed that It respond very sluggish and after verified OTP, it ask me email address. I put my linked email address but i could not able to login.Pop-up message came on screen this email address is not linked with your account.I was shocked because before this I was receiving all Transactions info email on my email address.A complaint lodged on 3737 and they told me that it is technical issue.Not resolved yet.

I had been really good experience with this app, but I came across some problems that is needed to be soved to make it effective and efficient. When I tried to add cash to it from my own account, I met with a problem saying " account not found". Well that is amazing! I put all the information correctly.

One of the issue is you can't Send Money to other Banks except for easypaisa accounts(Even when you have lot of sending and Receiving limits) . They have so many unmentioned restrictions on Your account . Second issue is u can't add someone to your Favourites (They want you to manually enter the account details again and again ) . Third Issue is their app doesn't work with Finger Print (any other app works that smoothly ) , can't write more as limit for review is exceeded

Really like the app and the platform they have provided. But now a days the app just dont open. Keeps crashing eveytime im trying to open it. I've tried reinstalling and many other things so it could word. But nothing seems to be working. Kindly repairthe app whatever problem the problem is ASAP. Thank you

Alhmdolilah it's good it keeps record of bill payments and you don't have to reenter the same reference ID for bill payments. Once you payed a bill through an ID this ID will be in your records and you can pay through it again. Easy and convenient to use... Moreover we can upgrade our accounts it's amazing.... But something I'm curious about is how I can get rewarded with cashbacks on easypaisa app on Telenor or any other number.... Can you plz help me with this

I can't upgrade my account to (Super Verified) level. As soon as I tap on "Upgrade Account Now" a small black box appears in center of the screen and then disappears after a few seconds. After trying for 2-3 times, it shows that I can try again after 24 hours. Please fix this issue.

According to my experience , easypesa is the best App in finance. They can handle huge traffic on apps. The graphics and logos are very good App is simple and very fast. Sometimes gives bugs and errors which are solved without even complaining. It's secure and is available for all networks. Rated 9/10. Recommendations. ✓Provide Mastercard/Visa for international transactions like Netflix/Spotify/Amazon. ✓Increase the account limit upto 2lack for normal user. ✓ Webversion of Easypesa by QRcode

The app has logged me out. When i try to log in again, it asks for the OTP. It is not auto updating the OTP into the app even though it is being send to my phone. Tried your call feature as well and the call comes in fine but still the process is not completed and i am not able to log in. Please fix.

Till 22nd of March aap was working fine, but after the changes related to Pakistan day, I am unable to open the app. Every time I try it automatically closes the app and notification appears that says app stopped working.... Close it or see app info... I don't know what's the issue

50% of the time the system is busy and crashes, this should be a responsibility for the developers to make sure the application of the biggest mobile payment service of the country stays bug free and without network and system crashes. The first thing I did when I started earning was set up easypaisa, kindly keep a check on your loyal customers, Thank You!

Slow slow slow. Like many apps trying to do multiple things at same time, easy paisa app is a cluttered app with micro fonts and tons of texts and icons. They are trying too hard to look cool but forgot the basic functionality. It's a slow app and requires multiple clicks for the simplest of actions. Want to pay a bill? Get ready to click 10 times to get to a point of paying. Its a bill and cash app, atleast make it simple to do that.

Awful experience My account is verified but still I can't make a transaction of more than 5000. I wanted to take help through the provided helpline number but that was also not functional. The automatic voice added my complaint and asked me to wait for 3 hours, it's been 2 weeks and still waiting. Really awful. Not satisfied. Poor quality of service.

It is a good effort. It is very user friendly. Overall a good app. An option for payment of Netflix subscription should also be added. Dear app developer, you people should seriously work on this "network error and system busy" issue. This happens most of the times with this app and more importantly when the app is badly needed. I am editing my review because of this and giving 3 stars instead of 5.

Worst app ever. Worst and laziest customer service. No solution for the problem at customer care helpe line or on WhatsApp channel. I have been facing the issue since 5 dyas still no response or no remedy. Just asking me to keep waiting. I have been trying to login on new mobile but after receiving otp at email and putting it in, it says service provider currently unavailable try again later i have been trying since 5 days. Enhanced security is making app the worst. Please look into the matter.

Very bad service mistakenly i loged in to my new phone without signing out from new phone. They block me for 72 hours but after three days its still block. Complain center isn't so helpful 😒 after three days they are saying wait for 72 hours very bad service. Even I'm willing to provide my id card or other verification documents

Very bad experience. Worst app. The app did not allow me to transfer money from easypaisa to bank account. Its showing error message all the time when its trying to transfer money within the app to bank account/debit card.

There is a weired glitch in the app. When i try to use super verified option, i am unable to select a year before 1990, which doesnt let me proceed witht the verification process. Please look into the issue

New option of adding email I'd is not working and giving an error that Service Provider is not available. After calling the helpline it took half an hour to the representative and finally I have been told that so many other people are facing the same issue but not sure how long it will take. Very upset. What's the use of marketing when you can't deliver the services on time.

It used to work really well, but ever since i changed my accounts mobile number, I'm unable to link anything back to the account. Neither my email nor my debit card, it keeps saying card/email linked to another account when its the same damn account with just a new number. Tried complaining, waited almost 3 weeks for what was to be a at most 1 week fix, get a message that issue finally resolved, try to link card, same thing as before. Absolutely terrible, frustrating, dis-heartening for such an extremely simple fix as de-linking a card and email from an account from the database.

Fantastic app perhaps it requires some extra features like auto billing every month (full bill or lower than given limit) like in HBL and auto renewing of subscribed bundles option on every 30th(last) day of subscription so we have not subscribe it every month and edit button of favourites so we can edit name of added favourites and we can also add more than 3 favourites of one specific person separately (banks,cnic,wallets) and aslo we can manage transaction limits separately through (app,card)

I made my account on easypaisa, But i lost the sim, unfortunately due to certain reasons i cannot reopen my sim. Now i reopened my account. Which had to send OTP to my number. My Account is verified and using it for so long. And filled up with money. there is not other option other than OTP, like biometric or password system. Please refine it

Great Application. There is an issue with the update, the account upgrade option doesn't work. It just keeps on loading no matter how much you wait. Needs to be fixed.

You can't upgrade your account. It shows internet problem every time. I have Oppo a1k and my phone has no fingerprint, the app gives us the scanning option but it is not working.

This app is really good to use but the problem is that I face many problems in this app like my easypaisa account was semi verified when I tried to verify my account through the app but unfortunately the app taking too much time in loading so that's the reason I give you 2 starts. hopefully you fix this problem as soon as possible Thanks.
