Cannot make payments. Whole system is trash. No other loan company I have ever used charges a convenience fee for payments on top of already charging interest. Absolute WORST loan service available!

When i went to kake the payment it said there was an error and if it persisted to contact heartland. So not using it

This app is not working at all which is putting me behind on my payments. It's the only way I have for paying my loans so please fix it.

I can't make any payments to my student loans with this app. It keeps telling me that the payment couldn't be processed through the app. It's terrible i would recommend paying through the website

NEVER ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS...isnt that what it's for?
