Easiest app ever for giving to my church via credit/debit /bank card. Allows anyone anywhere the ability to bless the church financially, which was especially important during COVID restrictions when we were unable to meet in our church building. The "DONATE" button is very visible and therefore easy to find on the church website.
this is a terrible app! it doesn't recognize my password majority of the time. on the very rare occasions I can finally get into my account it gives me no option to change my giving amount or dates. no way to delete the account. I recommend not downloading this out
This app worked great until my credit card expired. Now i can't login to change it. i get an error message every time. i contacted the developer and was told to contact my church. They can't get any answers.
Great idea! Poor execution. Optimally, you sign in, *then* select the organization, not vice versa. Scan of payment card is non-functioning and no support easily found. Keep trying...
A rip off they don't plainly spell out fees that are charged for your contribution and their customer service agents are rude and unhelpful. Beware they can charge possibly 3% or more in fees on top of your contribution and they never tell you. I was checking my debit account and noticed an additional fee from easy tithe... Be transparent about fees easy tithe...
My payment method had to be updated. Now it won't take my new payment method. It keeps giving me an error message. I have been trying for over a month.
This differently makes it easier to give tithes, offerings, and help financially with your local church. I do wish the history would go back further, though. Thank you for the great app.
Simple and Easy to use. And when I made I mistake on which category I was sending my donation, easytithe updated the label within the hour of my request. Note: I had already called the receiving organization to make sure they understood my mistake.
No longer works. My organization andpay method was saved and automatically came up. Now it wants me to search for my organization and it won't find it. Will be uninstalling.
Unable to load payment method. When I try to add my card it gives me a "API respnded with HTTP 400" error message. Unable to move past this error to give donation.
Who ever set created this app should have done a better job. Can someone look at it and see if it can be improved? Very slow and freezes up right now
Worked well for a while then it stopped letting me log in. I had to find my church each time and request a new password.. Can no longer trust this app. I will be uninstalling it
Desperately needs a conformation button. My 16 year olds 15 dollat tithe was registered as 1500.00 and no way to cancel it. Had to do a stop pay and pay the bank $25 to do it.
using this app has made it so much easier to pay my tithe and give offerings. especially since i get paid in the midweek. i no longer have to wait to sunday to give, i can niw give anytime
Very quick and efficient. Also I love how it shows your giving history so I don't have to remember when or what I gave last haha
It worked great until I accidentally signed out. Now it's not locating my church. Is there another app that works with this?,
The app has been great up until I had to add a new form of payment. I can't get past the quick scan of the card.
When I first started using this app, all was well and then it started taking double payments out of my account. I am not happy about that.
Would love to use but can't get my payment method to upload. Other people are having this issue as well
Don't like .25 cent fee, but its a service that requires money and maintenance, easily overlooked, Helps to faithfully tithe and beyond. Thank you Jesus
Worked fine until I tried to change my payment method. Now I always get an error message and no one seems to know how to fix it.
It tells me to scan my credit card as a method of payment but when i do it wont scan still trying to use it
I have tried to set up an account and have been unable to do so. I have sent an email to get help but have yet received any help.
Keeps giving me an error message after I enter all my info and donation. It comes up right after I click Give. Can you fix it, please?

A really good app to give an offering for your church or just being a blessing.
Once you figure it out it's OK. Not real user-friendly.
Makes it easy to give to your church, but I'm a bit disappointed with it in a few ways. The pin security input screen is slow to respond. You cannot quickly enter your pin, you must wait a moment as you push each number. There is no backspace, so if you mess it up, you have to enter it incorrectly for it to reset. There is no fingerprint login which I would like to see. The ui is basic, but it does what I need it to do. My main grievance is with the login screen and options.
