THIS SOFTWARE IS USELESS! Very high background battery use, constantly crashing, playback keeps jumping and freezing,UI is poorly designed too. As with xmeye, updates don't seem forthcoming and no comments from the developers! My S20 is constantly warning of app issues! AVOID if possible! You can tell the useless apps that havnt been updated in 2 years.
Used to work perfectly, but now it's constant crashing when trying to change settings, and it doesn't save the settings... Tried it on another phone that uses android 8 and it's works fine there, but not with Android 9. Edit.. may have found a fix, I've turned off the UI settings and it's working again
Guys, really? Pobably the most important function this app has, the one to search for footage, does not work as it should? I mean choosing a specific time is impossible, as it is to choose for motion, etc. Get a grip and do a proper update please.
As an installer of cctv, most apps work perfect. But does depend on make of system fitted. But this app for Spro cctv systems is not fit for purpose. All customers complaining of not being able to watch playback.. So will not be fitting this system anymore. Will stick with Hikvision, as far better app to use and No complaints from customers.. So unless you can update your app, so people can actually use it for what it is intended. I will not be recommending it..
If I could give 0 stars I would. The only time I have been able to view my cameras was the day they were put in. Even then I had to close and reopen the app multiple times in order for the video to show up. Haven't been able to view them from my phone since.
Since update can't select specific times for playback. Also connection fails after a few minutes of watching playback. Previous version on another device still works perfectly.
Since last upgrade, app will not do two-way voice, crashes as soon as you hit the mic, very unstable, all customers are having the same problem.
It works fine when connected to wifi but cannot seem to work over 4G? If anyone has any suggestions.....
I got one of the biggest phones on the damn market and can't even barely see the the picture on my phone unless iview 1 at a time why does it need to show which Camry year on twice it has it down at the bottom left corner and streaming across the top of it worthless information that takes up viewing area
I was not able to see the playback in particular time mobile if I click 8.30 to goes to 8 plz help to sort this issue or suggest any another application for dahua..or reachable contact no Customer is questioning
This app is terrible, can't even go back to see footage. It always cuts out when playing back. Absolutely terrible app.
App keeps crashing on 99% when trying to playback. If it wasn't for this it would be a great app.
I give this no stars! I paid 700$ for my cameras and I cant even record while I'm away and I cant even replay back anything !! Scammers do not use ! My cameras cam with audio and it doesnt even work!!! I want my money backkkkk!!!!
Won't connect to device. Interface in directions show completely different images than what's in the app.
Always showing connection failed. To see cameras I have to uninstall n reinstall the application. Next day same problem arising. Got fed up with this uninstall n installing process
Very usefull but it need some perfection Like jump from a section to an other And looking for a section with entering time and date manualy And fix some bugs when low speed connction
Very slow loading even in the full speed wifi.. worst app and badluck is there is no alternative
Installed 2 camera's and I have no idea how to pick select pre recorded footage... Not user friendly at all.. (I'm an installer too)
Latest update makes it so playback only starts on the hour, and you have to then fast forward to the time you want
Good app but when I rearrange the order of the camera's they're not saved.
Plz don't advertise in the middle of the night. My phone will ping like there's an important message and wake us up.
This app WAS great. Now it no longer works. Tried all ways to reset and nothing works. Very disappointed
The app works fine if any updates it would be useful if it had a down load option for play back

It's very helpful to me for seeing the live cctv footage. it's clear is also good

Contrary to many coments, I actually love this app. It works seamlessly. I think it's just that many don't know how to set it up correctly and that's why they have issues with it. I suppose detailed instructions could certainly go a long way but this app works for me especially when I'm away overseas. I can clearly see all my cameras at home.
