EasyWay public transport

Pros: 1. transport system is well covered Cons: 1. no contextual search, you need to put exact address 2. search result is lost if you put the app to the background 3. ads, ads, ADS. Just too intrusive and ruins user experience. I have already quit using app a while ago, gonna do it again.

Fullscreen adds al always not in the right moment when you want to check where the bus you see on a station will go and decide to jump on or no. Also not all the transport is shown on map realtime. Full screen add is an awfully move, not cool.

Basically great app which saved my life several times in UA. Still there are plenty of things unfortunately not working: >>the last update made all my bookmarks to disappear from the list, even though they are bookmarked (star form changed on the route info). >>The app is constantly asking again if update should be installed. Also the app is quite slow and GPS data very often wrong or missing altogether. I know it's not the devs fault but I wonder why this is so terribly unreliable...

Very convenient to look where is public transport and how to get somewhere

1. Very unfriendly and not clear interface. When selecting different routes according to schedule, or bus stops, it is never clear for what direction. 2. Search button doesn't work. 3. When trying to make zoom in, the bus symbols remain the same size (small). Maybe it will be better to make them a little larger, to see better direction of bus.

Good app but it doesn't show the payment history for the public city bus. Metro payment history works good, though.

The app worked fine until few days ago, when it stopped showing map, just the route lines on blank screen. I tried to reinstall about 5 times, from google play. Each time the download got stuck at 66%. So my guess is that download file is corrupt. Yes, the 1st time I installed the app from Google Play as well.

Have reloaded the App on 24th January fingers crossed it will work properly. Just loaded an update on 26th January.

It's great to have this for navigating public transportation in a big city. Except one bug - tram #18 (Kiev) gets marked as tram #15 every morning around 9am when it starts its route. I get out to the stop to catch it and turns out it's the wrong tram. Happens almost every morning around the same time.

I'm rating this 5 starts as it really saved my trip to Moldova (Chisinau, Tiraspol) where roaming fees are higher than car rentals. What I mean is this app shows timetables and routes on [earlier loaded] map when offline. Route planner does not work offline though and not all timetables in Chisinau were accurate - bit disappointed here.

Very unresponsive. Edit. one of the worst ones: I'm unable to select a point A or B on map when trying to find a route and the address search function is bad too.

It's a wonderful app that I use basically every day. The most important route for me is the fifth bus (Chisinau). For some reason, it doesn't work anymore since today. Please see what you can do and try to fix it. P.S.: I've already tried to reinstall the app - it didn't work out either.

Sometimes shows irrelevant info for some routes in Kyiv (40, 40k). Has strange and concerning "update" mechanism. Ux for favorite routes is not so good- the user has to do too many taps. Generally- usable.

I like the app it's really useful but I noticed that doesn't consider metro 🚆 for the routes even when the metro is the most fast and direct transport. I used in Sofia , Bulgaria can you check what is the cause?

I hate this application, I missed more than one vehicle through it. He either does not show transport at all or shows incorrectly, it is impossible to catch transport with its help. It's pure fun to see how the vehicle "rides"

Very useful application. It shows the exact place of every bus and trolleybus around Kiev on the map. It shows their route and schedule.

Navigation between screens could be less messy and counterintuitive. But the app does what it's meant to do

Quality of service could be better. Sometimes it shows a wrong number of transport routes. Kyiv. It showed me trolleybus number 40 but it was number 3. 5 times...one by one...during 1 hour....

Reliable app for public transport in Sofia, BG. Missing a Live News feature to be aware of delays, lanes not working etc. Edit: if you do that, 10/10 guys! : )

I had a delightful experience, interface is quite easy to use and, most important, the data is correct at least for Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
