Eat Delivery

Still think it's the better food app in Jordan, but I'm staying to notice the flaws now. Of course the options are limited and most in my area anyway, are fatty food options. The "view order" and "track order" never seem to be synced. Tracking the order at all barely works -just shows the pins at original locations and don't move. The riders still don't know which house it is. They always call and ask when the information is there and Eat Group is in charge of training them not to do so.

An update on my review. After posting my dissatisfaction and bad experience, someone from the eat app contacted me. They offered a coupon. Long story short, the refund had So many caveats I never used it, I tried but never got the full refund amount. U can only use it with a limited number of restaurants, it doesn't cover existing promotions and a 2 week expiry, my advice give ur customer a refund, it shows u care about your service and product. Still avoid. Hope they improve.

Worst experience, never going to install it again, no way to see where your order is or contact anyone about it,an hour and 30 minutes and my order is still on the way, they say delivery is free then suddenly surprise you with a 1 JD delivery fees once you place order, not worth it, don't download it.

I tried it once; didn't even order. I don't think I would prefer to use it to order as the alternatives are more convenient. Why do you not show delivery fees until we fill a basket and checkout? This is time consuming and inconvenient when browsing on a budget. Also, the animations are rough and a little over the top. Sometimes less is more.

Terrible. I ordered and paid online and waited and waited no response. The application noted "order received". I called the restaurant and they said they have been closed for 2 hours! How can a closed restaurant accept an order? Furthermore, many items are missing from restaurants' menus. There is no tracking, and "Check out" instantly places the order instead of displaying the final check and "Place order" window! The advantage of the app is the free delivery, for now.

Few restaurants, high price for delivery, very specfic offers not acceptable when compare with price

Very bad service Two hours for delivery inside Amman !!! For three times , not just once !!

It was extremely bad 👎 last week. I ordered my order late for more than 1 hour ..so I cancelled my order and called them several times...sent an email...but they didn't return my money back...I don't recommend this App.at all

I'm really sorry but who ever had the idea to make this app is dreaming... You wanna make an app that can compete with Eg: Talabat you at least need to have more options and more free delivery restaurants... I don't find anything special in this any restaurant that I want I can get on Talabat and with free or very cheap delivering

Design is not user friendly at all

Refuse to open to order, Keeps repeating the same page and same request : ( enter phone no. & Agree on eat terms. Keeping repeated all the time. Although I complained may be 20 times, the problem is still there.)

I always have to call the restaurant because I can't change the address in the order. I also tried ordering a loyality card many times but I get different answers from different restaurants each time.

Excellent app. Easy to use. Service is excellent. I just wish there were a way to save my loyalty number so I don't have to enter it every single time, especially since I don't carry it around with me always.

Bluffing and Fake, they stated that delivery is free when I placed the order, few minutes later they called me saying that delivery is not free and wanted to charge me so I cancelled the order.

God forbid the money I gave. Small portions, amateur cooked, and expensive and not authentic food ... Buffalo wings that I ordered would make a child of 10 years better ... If I could give 0 points and below zero I would give ... Buffalo wings & Rings Express horrible ..... you should be kicked out of the app ...

The search feature is defective. The search bar lists "restaurant or items" but actually searches through restaurants only

Very bad customer service response. The app does not show status of delivery driver and after 3 phone calls in the last 25 min they have no idea where the food or driver is

I received a wrong order and I called the number and told them they resend me the right order again. They are very understanding and helpful.

Bad experience, the first time i use it and will b the last, 75 minutes to get a food from 10 minutes away restaurant !!

لا يعمل (بسبب اضافة مطعم حسب موظفهم) ... وخدمة عملاء سيئة بلا اي منطق. App does not work properly. Bad customer service and no common sense. Will remove the app.

Very bad service they give you a price and then when you pay they charge you the delivery without you knowing it the worst service i don't recommend it use Talabat instead

you order via the app and insert your gps location, after that you get too phonecalls asking for the address, and when you complain to a "manager", he does nothing.

I couldn't register my phone number . I waited for the SMS to be arrived for almost forever, so my rating will change if i can see what is your app about

Poor they always late ☹️ 😔 the food is good the but the service is bad some times more than 2hr. to receive your order.

Incorrect information about delivery being free qnd charging for it upon ordering!

For anyone who can't register successfully or isn't receiving an SMS, just turn on the GPS before doing any of that, and it should work fine

Displaying the delivery fees after checking the order out is such an awful move especially that i couldn't cancel my order

Worst food delivery app anybody can use.. Bad customer service and follow up.. Will advice everyone i know not to use it or uninstall it

Very slow delivery, cold food, bad packaging, acceptable taste, dont bother to use the app
