Eat Mubarak - Online Food Delivery

Orders take 20 minutes to get relayed to the restaurant when paid by bank, which takes a minute on food panda. There's no chat option to contact support directly, the phone support is slow and pointless. Sometimes orders take upto two hours to get delivered. There's no follow-up of the order. There are a limited number of restaurants on their platform. There's only one positive point, which is that they do give out discount coupons. All in all, Its not worth installing and wasting your time.

Assalamualaikum. it's a very good app. I've used it quite often. One thing I would like to mention is that there isn't a notification option in the option box. The notifications we receive about discounts or promos cant be reached in the app. If a notification is removed from the screen, there's no way to find it again. I think it must be fixed,then only im going to rate.

total Fraud, Don't install this app. they gave me a promo code right after I installed the app. so, i ordered and they even calculated the bill according to the promo but just online. firstly the order was too late and when I received the order there was no discount at all and I had to pay in full. totally fraud. moreover, there's no platform or feature where I can complain about it.

The app has some serious connectivity problems. It takes a ridiculous time to load even on the fastest internet connections. That is bad as it is but what's even worse is the complete lack of a support system. The only way to change an order is to call the helpline which is severely understaffed and often ends up with calls going unanswered. In short, it is fine when it works but the main problem is the complete lack of reliability regarding when it will work or not.

I loveeee this app. Personally find it so much easier to use than Foodpanda, even though there are less restaurants. But I know its new so I know it's going to grow eventually. I have a rly soft spot for this app cause I was able to order food twice with a really nice discount. Keep up the good work ❤❤❤

Unable to signup please fix the error. Have entered without space the phone number even though placeholder text is showing space. Tried with space as well tried with 0 at the beginning as well. But in all cases it shows toast message that please provide a valid number. Even though the otp does come to the phone but the app doesnt move forward from the sign up where i can add the otp. QA needs to be rigourously done before releasing an app.

I have not tried their delivery so dont have personal experience in this regard, however on restaurants I have availed their promo codes and it saved good amount of money, in addition, there is not proper separate option to see list of available discounts available through promo codes or general discounts on total bill, u can only see general discount code in notification once u open ur app nd thn it disppears.

The worst app ever! Not at all user friendly, half the restaurants they have up there dont use the promo codes or dont deliver at all! Can't even find restaurants on their app. They provide promo codes that are expired usually or require an order worth thousands. What's the point? Not recommended at all!

So I placed an order and it got stuck on pending. Called the helpline but was going busy. You should probably keep an option to cancel if the restaurant is not accepting the order for an hour. Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Some restaurants that are nearby don't deliver to my place, which is frustrating as this wasn't the case earlier. Also, there is a limited variety of restaurants. The discounts, however, are genuine and reasonably good. Thanks for that.

Great deals, that are not available on other similar services like foodpanda etc. Although app needs a little UI polishing. Plus make sure my cart is saved when i leave the app and come back later.

Pathetic customer service. Placed my order, got a text and notification that it was confirmed. The order was never delivered, the worst part? I contacted their so called Customer support number, I was put on hold for half an hour and nobody picked up.

Wanted to order midnight deals on restaurants that I know are open. But the app shows each restaurant closes with notice "online not available" "restaurant closed". Is this some kind of fault or you don't deliver after 12. If yes then this app deserves a big NO.

This app is the worst i've ever experienced. Everytime i ordered from this app the order showed is confirmed but actually its not confirmed from the resturant. U have to remind them after every 30 mins to deliver us our food. Worst experience everrr!!!

Very bad experience... And tried many times... It consistently disappointed me with the service, support and follow up.... Even deals available are not so attractive... There are much better apps are available... Please avoid if you want quality of the service.

I dont know what is the use of this application. They dont have any rider of their own. This is the second I have ordered food and after wasting my valuable time and the restaurant cancel the order without giving any reason! This never happens in Food Panda! They make sure the order should be delivered!!

Eat mubarik was very good in the start but now it is not that good. No more good discounts. Also a very big issue is still restaurants has limit of minimum delivery of 200 while on the other hand food panda evolves very good according to business challenges and requirements. Food panda gives minimum delivery order of Rs. 49 and mostly there are discounts of 40% on while app while eat mubarik is very deceiving app. It didn't give discounts on all restaurants.

Premium quality app, free from bugs and crashes, nice work developers! Never faced delays or cancellation of order, food is delivered on time. It provides huge discounts weekends which i like the most. Best app for home deliver!

I accidentally placed a order . And I've been trying to call the restaurant and the helpline and have lost all my credit . AND HAVE RECEIVED NO ANSWER OR HELP. This is just pathetic . There is no way to cancel an order or contact otherwise . And the helpline just wastes credit and so much time .

stuck mostly. and keep searching restaurant in my area. its a app problem because in my area there are many restaurants which its shows sometimes. mostly in evening keep searching . may be there server small capacity to handle multiple requests.

I ordered food using this app and paid amount in advance using easypaisa. After 10 minutes of order, The app shows "The Ordered has been cancelled" and i have not received my money back till now . I have talked with their customer care members many times about issue but no response from them. Worst experience !! Worst Service !!

I have ordered from this app numerous times and it was on time, had perfect quality. The food is always on time. The app works better than foodpanda, it also provides us with promo codes which allows the food to be more cheaper.

Worst ever app. Whenever I open the app to order some food, screen message shows that "No restaurant found. Sorry, it looks like you are at the wrong place at wrong time." So, I rate only 1 star.

Horrible support. I ordered food from a restaurant and they didn't show full charges. They added extra charges without letting me know. Still, once I ordered, the delivery guy brought incomplete order. I sent a complaint to the support team and it's been a week and I haven't heard back from them since then! Disgrace
