I have tried this app in the past and have had issues using it. I thought I'd give it another try a year or so later and it's as bad as before. After changing the default location to a store 7 miles from me it continues to go to a store 60 miles away that is even closed for renovations. After 4 attempts to order dinner through the app I found another option.
Excellent. Very convenient, I had no problems. App allows user to choose pick up time. It also remembers preferred location, previous orders and payment info, all of which streamlines reordering.
App is broken, forces me to make a profile first before I can do literally anything else, after filling out the fields and clicking make profile it says not all fields are filled out. Restarted phone, tried again, same issue. Restarted a third time.. same issue. Ill just go eat elsewhere.
Tried repeatedly to order from a different location than I normally do. Every time that I went back in the app it took me back to the original location and erased the order. Now I'm inside waiting with people breathing on me.
App doesn't work. Get error message every time I press order. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue . Messaged eatnpark, they promised to email me to help and have not. They must have no interest in my business so will go elsewhere with an app that works.
App is able to "show" items on the menu but you cannot place an order. Use the website instead, it's updated and working unlike the app.
Just tried to use it. The request/instruction section only allows 16 characters. Not words, characters. My site is open 24hrs and they will only give me the option to pick up 7:00-9:45. My boyfriend works hoot owl, so on the weekends he picks up something and we eat dinner together when he comes home, which means I have to put in my orders late at night. This is really inconvenient. I don't feel like calling so late, which mean I'm ordering from somewhere else.
Why are people rating the restaurant? Please rate the APP. These reviews are intended for the APP you have downloaded. Not the restaurant. The developer for this app doesn't run the restaurant. God. Lol As for the app, it's got a great interface and seems to work well. No trouble here. It let's you place orders online for pickup and coupons are available too. Not much else to say. Pretty basic and it gets the job done.
Used to be an easy app to order from for delivery but today it's only showing pick up. After calling the restaurant being referred back to the app still no way to change from in store pick up. I'm deleting this app I'm done wasting time.
Email notice of coupon but coupon does not go into app coupon section. Happened 2x and only had few weeks. May try to redownload app. Uninstalled then reinstall. Won't let me enter fav loc in profile so can't continue past set up
Your app sucks. Ordered food, app says there was a problem with order, To call store. Called store and was told the app will not let more than one person order for a certain time. Assured me that it will print 15 min before the time. Needless to say no food was there and I ate at Wendy's. At least they get it right.
I am unable to use this app since the update. I will be deleating this ... I had a coupon before the update .. gone now .Can not ad info for bday,or anaversy . doesn't list the soup of the day ,the old one did . ,no search for it .. Since I have to look on the website for the soup ,..this app is useless. .
I hate this update. I had the app. This update erased all my information. And even tho I have tried FOUR time to fill out my profile AGAIN, it keeps giving me a message to fill out all fields. Stupidest update ever.
Poorly designed. I fill out the profile in full, app tells me I missed something. Because of this error I can't get past the opening screen.
35 minute wait. App worked well. It gave me a pickup time of 6:42. Notified EatnPark of my arrival at 6:40. Called 2 more times. The food was brought out at 7:17. It was good when it was "take out" only.
Had one bad experience there. Ordered the turkey bacon croissant and only received the Turkey meat with cheese. no silverware or napkins. My Daughter had the breaded chicken which was burnt and tough for her to eat. Use to receive much better. Have to give one star for this one.
Never any coupons on the app but u can find coupons in the paper. Why is this???? Also not everythig on the full menu is available on the app to order. Don't understand this either!
Most of the menu options are not available to order on the app (breakfast especially), have to call to order instead. What is the point of the app?
It starts on a profile page, which I filled out and pressed create profile. It tells you to fill out all of the fields, which I had. And it won't let you pass.
Why isn't there an easy option to disable push notifications! Sure I could turn it off in android settings, but if you don't value my privacy uninstall..
Filled out all rhe required fields and still tells me i need to fill out all fields.. uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. A lesson in futility.
Trying to set up the app it keeps saying to fill out all fields to save profile. I have done that and it will not go any further
App is broken, and is useless, I uninstalled and tried to install again and can't, get it fixed or remove it! Waste of my time!
As others have said, can't get beyond filling out profile! Says not complete even though it is! Very frustrating!
Couldn't get passed the settings. Filled all blanks and still kept saying it wasn't all filled.
pretty simple, the app is useless. you hardly ever get anything from it so it just wastes space on your device
I filled out the profile, hit submit, and get an error that I need to fill it out. I can't use it. Deleted
Garbage, won't let me pay the register screen after multiple tries. This app is worthless.
Occasional coupons were nice, but app will not work now and its just an excercise in frustration
I love eat n park but sadly this new app just doesn't work well. Never remembers what you have in the cart. If you click to check the coupon tab and go back to your order everything is gone. Also always defaults to your preferred location which is nice but causes a lot of issues when you try to order from another location. The app wouldn't let me order from the location in natrona heights at all. Said I couldn't pick up until morning which caused me to lose out on an online coupon.
