The app seems easy but it has a problem with adding addresses. Since my home address isn't in your delivery area yet, I wanted to use my work address which is downtown Chicago. When I enter the street address, of course google pulls it up but when it's set in the app, it comes up Bank of America, which is the bldg. but the street address doesn't show so the app tells me it's not a valid address but the app won't let me put in the actual numbers in. I think the food is good but this app needs work. Please fix it asap.
1st meal is not free; just $10 off Rice was incredibly uncooked. Nearly made the meal inedible. Don't order the szechuan chicken.
Everything I have ordered has been delicious! And they have so many good veggie based options. Always fast & friendly.

For android you can't change tip so you have to do $3 on there which some meals are $8. I told them this and still mot fixed. At first thought meals were decent, but now i haven't liked my past 4 meals for how much it was. Not worth it.
I get pass the login page and you representatives a clueless and saying they never heard of this happening before. Never happened with apple app. Ugh! Use a desktop computer...can't do at work.
I really do love Eat Purely. The food is delicious, and the service is quick as advertised. It's also great that they let you share codes to get your own free meals, which I have done many times. The problem is, it's simply not worth the money otherwise. I understand that the cost of all natural food, sustainable packaging, and delivery cost a lot, but it's just not worth it to pay $16 for a meal the size of a tv dinner. I regrettably won't be a customer once I stop sharing my code.
Tried to place an order but the phone number verification code never sent to me. Tried to send it to two different phone numbers and neither worked. Thus, I was unable to get past this step and could not place an order. Also, Everytime I open the app I have to verify with Facebook.
it has its flaws. Hopefully they come up with updates soon.
Great, healthy food. Some meals are nearly enough for 2 people. People complain that it's pricey but its no more expensive than grubhub, plus there is no delivery charge. 20 dollars off your first meal with promo code WilliamR2
Amazing food and it got here faster than Jimmy johns. Not to badly priced and good portion. Free delivery. I can't complain, other than the app can be a tad sketchy
The food is great but the app is awfully lagging. Plus you can contact the driver or change anything once completed. You can only cancel and refund the whole order. Which then makes me not want to reorder. Please fix user interface experience

The food is delicious and the fact that you can get so much free food for just recommending it to your friends is amazing.
