This app is horrible! I reserved a dinner reservation for Aoki, and I wanted to change it, but I have to use this app to change my reservation around or manage it! I can't even do that because after making an account, the dand thing glitches and crashes.
App keeps crashing when used in bahrain. Tried reinstalling and used different phones and the issue persists. This has gone on for the past 6 months ,will be happy to go back to calling restaurants for booking
I reserved a table at one of restaurants for Eid through thid application. However, when I reached the restaurant there was no reservation under my name although I have received a confirmation SMS. The restaurant informed us that they are not registered with eatapp anymore! I cannot trust this app anymore.
I signed up then it stopped working right after. Every time I try and open the app it closes.
Not reccomended. It's says tables available but after a while you receive a call saying the restaurant is fully booked. Is best to call the restaurants directly than using this app.
It. Doesn't. Work. Does not work at all. Installed it, signed up, and all it does is give me Error Messages. Absolutely useless.
Downloaded to change a reservation and it won't bring the reservation up. It also thinks I'm in Dubai and I can't see American restaurants. Frustrated to say the least!!!
Overall this is a fantastic platform via desktop but once you load the app, enter your IRISH phone number, its asking you were in Dubai you are situated. Defeats the purpose of having this app then
visiting Dubai from UK. This app worked perfectly for all places I booked during visit. very helpful support also which was great.
Most ridiculous app ever experienced. It will trap you and you may end up paying more. Supporting team is useless. -5* for this app
Bad can't get it to do anything I just installed and saved my reservation email.
App loads then won't open. Warning message appears that app has a bug
Making bahrain proud! Fantastic app! Love how you can book in three clicks and it actually works. Much better than other restaurant reservations apps currently available in bahrain!
Venues are free to choose if they want to respond (either positive or negative) or ignore you. Phone is more reliable than waiting forever
Could not register. Only options for countries of choice were Arabic. CRAZY!
Only 3 restaurants in whole of England.... No restaurant in Nottingham apparently.... Still await confirmation of of my reservation even though I'm now home from dinner and had to ring the restaurant myself
Love it! Downloaded this app today and am super impressed. Made a reservation at mirai in under ten seconds and got instant confirmation. Highly recommended!
Only Arabic countries to choose restaurants
This app doesn't even recognize The United States...that's where my reservations are.
Cant change region to American restaurants or view reservations

The worst experience... unprofessional... valentines dinner reservation confirmed and cancelled/denied 5 minutes before by a very rude and inconsiderate, unprofessional customer services rep.

The user experience is just terrible on the Android app. Very full of bugs. Quite disappointing compared to the iPhone app which is spectacular.

Great app with a nice design and slick interface but I've had to uninstall it because if the notifications. There may not be many of them, but there's no way to turn them off. Unless I'm blind!
The import function does not work. The search function does not find the restaurant I made a reservation at. The map only shows 13 restaurants, not including at least one that the search function found. Gives an error each time I go into my profile. Phone number edit does not show the same area code as shown in the profile. Unusable for me.
