The delivery/ take away option is not working anymore. Whenever i try to click on it, the app shuts off

As a fellow creative in UX, the most recent revamp of the app is... Unnecessary. - the 'jumping' tab bar menu adds no value to the user. It is not even an "enjoyment" factor. It confuses muscle memory of the thumb and causes hectic reachability issues - the fixed unscrollable section of each restaurant takes up so much screen real estate, it becomes a nightmare to browse the menu and details. Whoever is in the UX team for eatigo, a word of advice: "if it's not broken, don't fix it". 3 stars
Accuses me of no show even though I turned up with receipt as evidence. Uninstalling it. BYE!
Discount was ok, not hard to use. Had recommended many friends using it, and redeemed coupons from the app in early August. Coupon code were sent to me through email. I deliberately looked for an expiry date of the coupon, but not mentioned at all in the email. When I use it later in Sept, coupons were expired. Have contacted the suport team for help, they showed in a tiny line of term and condition from the app. It's ridiculous not to mention any expiry date in the email with the coupon code, but expecting me to look for it in the term and condition that I have no idea where I can find it. I will never recommend friends using this app again.
Hi could you guys sort out the filter function. It was working perfectly well before this new version came out. When I request for a certain time slot search, stop giving me other timings. It is so inconvenient and troublesome to have to scroll down to find the restaurants with the correct timing! And the app is crashing alot too
Concept is great, old app was perfect, i was a frequent fan and user. But we are taking a step back with the new app. Its slow, does not display reservations history in the app, some discounts are not applied in pricing, extra step in confirming timing and paxs and why do we need a security token for a restaurant reservation, might be functions slowing this app down?
UI isnt intuitive. Wasted my new user voucher because i wasnt able to include it when i first booked. It is just a box you can easily miss especially for first time users. It is better if there will be a prompt AFTER choosing a schedule to select/input your voucher. I was really disappointed when I was told that I shouldve applied the voucher upon booking. I tried editing the booking, it accepted my voucher but the button cant be pressed so i just canceled to resched but my voucher was gone.
Keep on changing settings on it's own to allow push notifications
I don't know if anybody else experience this.. From 2 reservations, none of them was succeed.. Different places, different hours, same answers from the restaurants: "we are no longer availabe at Eatigo". If you are not working with them anymore, then why did you put them in the apps? Really, it's very disappointing when you think that you have reserved a place, and when you came up, the reservation was invalid. Now, i really don't know if I should keep using this app.
They do not always coordinate the time slots and closing times with the restaurants in their app. I have gone to a buffet restaurant in Eatigo app that closed 15 mins after I was supposed to start having the buffet. I ended up paying so much just to only be able to eat an appetizer. Also, negative reviews on restaurants are filtered out of their app. Hence, app users are only seeing positive reviews, leading them to believe that all dining experiences are good. Beware.
very good apps but only some outlet I don't know why .. I did attend but they cancel that I didn't went with my friend .. I was like hmmm why the outlet never put me attended? hotel never this happen before but always is some outlet.
Bad service. My delivery order was confirmed and my credit card was charged. However, the order was cancelled by Eatigo at the very last minute. The customer service said that it was a system error. She later told me that Eatigo received a certain amount of limit for promotional price, so once the amount was reached the rest of the orders got cancelled. In that case, why did you receive those orders in the first place? You can just code the app to stop taking order after the amount was reached.
Some of the registered restaurants did not care about the system. They can cancel my booking confirmed by the system, so using Eatigo becomes very unreliable. It can waste you a lot of time and money to go to a restaurant and was told that your booking was cancelled. I will try not to use it whenever possible.
My first experience was all good. The second is bad. I am afraid I can no longer have another one. I made a reservation in a certain buffet restaurant with a promo code to get more discount and I attended on time. I was so upset when I get there since the restaurant did not honor the reservation that I made with eatigo since it was weekend. They only honor during weekdays, that's what the attendant said. This is misleading! I wasted my time, my effort, and my promo code for this.
It has the option to stop notification. But you know what? Everytime I turned off the notification, the option wasn't saved. Essentially, the notifications (all ads) kept popping up on a daily basis. Really disruptive for a nominally beneficial app.
Need improvement in filter and sorting. The current interface is not user friendly. Please don't ask me to go through your whole database of offering. I will browse the 10 listing, and will stop beyond that. So, if you cannot provide the information i want in that top 10 listing, I will simply stop using your service.
I recently made a reservation at Octoboy T Morato. After I ordered four items from the menu, one of the staff told me that we can only avail of the discounted price for one hour only. You have not mentioned that app users can only stay for a limited time in any of the establishments included in the promo. Kindly elucidate the promo mechanics to me please.

I am facing account log in issues as system changed phone number by itself. 5 emails and 3 chats with eatigo helpdesk, finally resolved my case.
Great offers from great restaurants . But app interface should definitely change. If I had to rate the app smoothness , it would be 2* . There is no proper filter option - By price , by stars , by particular area , by cuisine , by veg & vegan , Profile gets automatically logout sometimes . Plewde buy a good number which is reachable at all times , and also hire some qualified executives . Please mention whether a particular offer is valid on entore menu , a la carte only or buffet .

Push notification can never be turned off, even after you toggle off in app, it will automatically toggle back on. Either it's a horrible bug, or intentional dark UX. Now I'm forced to to turn off all notification from Eatigo via Android system. What a lose-lose situation.
I have placed an order once, but later it was cancelled because the store is closed. I got my money back. But the poor riders, they have been calling me. I thin I received 3 calls from 3 different riders. It appears that the delivery partner, was not advised that the app cancelled the order. Also, there is no available agent to assist customers and riders.
Sudden app updates like the reservation date of the restaurant and promo are really annoying. Especially if you have everything plan on a specific day and when you came back on the you will be surprised that your reservation or discount is no longer available
