No way of ordering the same item, one with extra and one without, checkout always changes to 2 items with the same extra. Brought home a burger for my wife with chilli on it (was only supposed to be on mine) and was in trouble because of this useless app
Eatnow was good until now! It's just only menulog restaurants. A lot of our favourites are no longer available through the the app. Don't waste your time it's only rubbish fast food places now.
No way to cancel an order, and sometimes confirmation messages don't get sent. App is adequate but interface a bit clunky and limited.
Was great until taken over by menu log, now won't be a customer any more. Bad layout and hard to log into.
Had 2 issues in a row where i was charged twice. I admit it was sorted out thank you. This is frustrating however.
This app was a massive preference for me over Menulog, but now I'm informed that you've merged into Menulog... Not happy at all
Don't bother downloading. Menulog took control of EatNow, so literally every option on the list sends you to Menulog.
For some reason the Paypal interface payment method no longer works and I just get a white screen...
App does not work just redirects to menulog, pathetic.
It's definitely an easier way to get the food you really want. very happy

Smokin' Joe's Pizza Richmond said they were open for delivery, took all of my money, and then said they couldn't fulfil it. Shame on you for allowing such despicable business practices to operate on your app.

Cannot fault the customer service, have had delivery and food issues but they have always been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Totally recommend it specially over UberEats and Deliveroo....
I installed this app because MenuLog suddenly went bad (lost my account and couldn't get my address right when I resubscribed). This was a good app until MenuLog took over and screwed up the address again. Now, it won't let me enter a unit number, so if you don't live in a house you can't use the app. Major fail.
