I don't even know where to begin with how HORRIBLE this app is. It literally doesn't even come close to working. There's no search function, no way to select a certain brand or product, no category selection, nothing.. The only option is to scroll down through the pre-selected listings but guess what, the entire app crashes every time you try to scroll the page so NOPE that doesn't work either! Oh and when I enter my location for delivery 95% of the products are unavailable. WASTE OF TIME!!

Glitchy and useless. Once you enter an address for delivery, this is the permanent delivery address and the app will not allow you to change it next time if you want delivery elsewhere. Nowhere in the settings or anywhere within the app allows this. I tried to send a message for help through "Get help" on the app and nothing happened when I clicked submit, so another thing that doesn't work at all. You have to use their website to order to a new location.. Why even have an app then? Deleting.

They push you to the site to buy, which is fine, but the site sucks on mobile. It takes 3-5 seconds minimum for any taps to take effect. It makes it very frustrating to order, as you never know if it took your tap or not. This has been the case for years, and they still haven't fixed. Eaze is honestly just super lucky they have no competition, I'd have switched ages ago.

My first experience was cool but now I'm unsatisfied. I'm trying to order a product and after clicking "add to cart" it takes me to the website and it's blank. I've refreshed, restarted phone, turned my phone on and off, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But nothing. Super annoying.. If they don't fix their website issues, I won't be using Eaze again.

The app is great. Interface is decent, easy to use. The prices aren't bad, and they often give you a discount through text messages. Usually around 20-30%. The reason I'm rating 3 stars at the moment is because the selection is very, very limited. It seems they have less and less product over time. When I first started using eaze, the selection was a little better, but not much. I ordered an airopro system through them, cuz they carried alot of the pods. Now the carry zero airopro pods. It sucks

Support ignores tickets. No way to tip drivers so they have to go under the table. App is unreliable, I keep getting bad requests when I order. One time I ordered, it showed the correct delivery address to me, but it sent the driver somewhere completely wrong, wasting my time and the driver's. Support gave me lip service about caching issues, but I develop Android apps and know that it is dead easy to send an address if you're already able to *display it to the user*.

Haven't had any issues yet. I like that they do daily sales which can open up to trying new products. I'd prefer if it had the effects in the app instead of having to add to cart which will redirect you to their website or go straight to their website to see the effects of products. Also ordering too, in order to place any orders you're redirected to their website.

This app is great. I've read bad reviews of the auto location part of the app not functioning well. I just type in my address and it saved it so I never have to mess with it. So idk why ppl think that makes the app worth one star....Overall I'd say it's a pretty well made app. A word of advice though, go off of the text messages you receive about when the product is arriving instead of the app. The text message alerts are accurate about the delivery time.

There's no way to change the delivery address in the app without signing out, logging back in, and hoping that your phone's GPS location picks the correct address by chance. When you try to reach customer support for help the live chat doesn't work and the help request never actually allows you to submit it. I've used Eaze years ago and recently moved back into their service area, bummer that the app is basically unusable now.

Love this app! Easy to navigate with different categories: gummies, edibles, prerolled joints; this fantastic app calculates effects like euphoria, hunger, creativity on each item. A manual on how to navigate, description of symbols, what strain causes which affects and to what extent, along with insightful information. This is NOT a run of the mill delivery app, but a tool if used properly. Did I happen to mention extremely quick deliveries by courteous drivers! 💚 it and highly recommend it!

Eaze appears to be easy to use. However the app is as slow as the website. I've placed my order and it disappears. I've placed my order and it changes the address to an old one. Today, I placed an order and it wouldn't go through for whatever reason so I reached out to customer support and basically got a "sorry" and the rep disconnected.

Before you read any other review, read this. Eaze is a very useful tool to discreetly get delivery. Customer caring and website is very useful. Since they are following policy they cannot use the app, which is why the website may be slower, refresh from time to time, or depend on a solid internet connection. Prices Excellent Along text support, their timing and evals are very accurate. Their drivers are always friendly and communicate efficiently if there is an issue. Highly recommend

Hi! I havent been able to launch the app all day, i get stuck in a loop from the main page to the delivery page, and it cycles back and forth so quickly that even when i press a button I cant get it to stop freaking out. Any help would be appreciated! I have a galaxy s8+ and this happened before and after the android update. update: reinstalled and restarted phone, app is still stuck in a loop :(

App is fine but i had exactly the same issue as other people here. The driver showed up and ended up having to run my card twice. He told me the first one didn't go through. I check a little later and it turns out that I was charged twice. I emailed through the website and at first was told it would be fixed. Now no one returns my emails. It has been nearly two weeks and I still haven't gotten the money refunded and it seems like I never will. The app is fine but the company will rip you off

Different kinds of weed. Different delivery responces. Changing minimum cart price. Different discounts. Be prepared for your order to take a while if you're ordering during a busy time such as the last few hours they deliver. Friendly people mostly. Anyway, it's a weed delivery app and that takes time. The app has always been a little screwy so I welcome using the website. You can get some good deals here like the 50 dollar half ounces by old pal when they're available. It's like any other.

I've ordered from Eaze twice in the last few days and I'm stoked. I've gotten .5 gram vape carts way cheaper here than my local dispensary. I really like the convenience, selection and prices. I had zero issues with the app, paying, or with the delivery. Products have been great, I ordered one of them twice! Highly recommend this app.

some days are probably more packed than others, like holidays. but for the most part I always been pretty happy with the quality and price of the products. if your ordering cartridges always be sure to check the product in front of the deliver just in case it's the one in however many that either has less. they are always willing to check with me and give me a quality product, making me feel like I'm getting what I paid for, not empty space. they also have great discounts

I've ordered through Eaze about a dozen times, and I have only had an issue once with delivery. On that one occasion they were quick to try to make it right. They have daily specials and it's really hassle free. I've seen more expensive dispensaries, so all things being equal, Eaze delivery is the way to go.

This review is not so much about the app but more about the service of eaze. They are never on time( you will get a text at the end of the first delivery time that says your order delivery time has been bumped up to about another hour). Their ACH method of payment was offline today but instead of contacting me to to change my payment method I waited 2 hours for delivery that will never come. Is it really that hard not to contact your customer and tell them that they will not be arriving.

Horrible service as the app doesnt work efficiently, in my case not at all. I understand this being new and a start up but if a user cannot even go through a mandatory registration process because of errors with the app, then how useful can this app be. At the very least signing up/in should work. If you cannot get that right being that is the foundation then why release it to the public. Had high hopes and high frustration as well. Maybe itll work for some but I wouldnt waste my time with this app honestly.

so, i used to love this app & company but something within the company changed and i'm now getting charged a foreign exchange fee when i purchase items & my last purchase was debited 2x to my checking account causing me great anxiety. UPDATED: I got my money back but still do not trust these guys when it comes to credit card purchases. I recommend you buy the items and pay cash if you're going to do any transactions with these guys

Taxes and fees seem to be almost 50%! It's much cheaper to just go into a dispensery and pick out what you want. I understand a delivery fee but why pay almost double for a product when it's really just for the service, which also takes a while to get delivered and charges you for that as well.

Fast and easy delivery option - my ID was verified within an hour. Daily deals, easy to earn $20 credits for both you & a friend by getting signups. Delivery bags are not discreet - they are giant blue bags that say "eaze - enjoy the moment" on them. You will present your I.D. and digitally sign for the delivery. No option to tip drivers in-app, must tip cash. App crashes somewhat often, but opens again quickly.

Zero stars if I could. I waited an hour rather than going to the store just to have the driver cancel because they the app gave the wrong address. I called customer service, waited 10 min on hold and they said I need to place another order and wait for delivery again. No trying to keep me as a customer, just said they will pass on my review. I will not be using eaze ever again. According to one of their drives, the platform is terrible, full of innacuracies and gives wrong addresses all the time.

Broken app. Eaze stopped delivering to my area but delivers a few blocks away, but the app won't let me change the address or view a sample menu to order. Cant even login without accessing my location.

Cannot accurately update location. The app uses gps to find my location and picks my neighbors address. I cannot manually enter the correct location because every time I do the app says "can't load search results. Try again" Beyond the location issues the user interface for the app is excellent.

ID upload doesn't work, support repeats same instructions ad nauseam. Told "barcode is blurry" by support despite sharing pictures with support that show it clear as day and they confirm it is clear, and then they just say to try again. Have provided proof of ID via email, still no go. It makes it past barcode stage to the selfie step and pulls my info, then fails. Have spent 4 hours trying to sign up with "support" and still nothing. Huge waste of time.

This service is consistently such garbage. Their deilvery ETAs are always way off (either way too fast or way too long) and they constantly fluctuate while the order is in progress. App frequently has issues at checkout not letting me place the order. Easier to just go to a dispensary and buy, at least there's less mystery involved.

made my second order through this app. so far so good. not much to choose from as far as flowers and concentrates go. but I've tried the state vape pens and they get the job done. pretty good service. I like how you can pay with either card or cash. and they give you good deals. first time ordering I got 30$ off and my second time ordering I got 20% off. pretty good service overall. will have to try the prepackaged flowers next time:) thank you!

A little bit pricey, but their delivery is top-notch. My only complaint is that the inventory changes dramatically when I enter my delivery address. Maybe the app should ask for that first? Then, I would not need it to make my selections twice.
