Not too sure why everyone seems to be scammed for their money on this app. Ive been a medical patient for about 2 years and have only purchased & renewed through eaze with ease! Super fast, no strings, straight forward set up. My med card arrived within a week.
Worked well for a few months and I loved the service. However, my credit card expired and now the App is forcing me to start over completely and repay for it. My current card I received through EazeMD does not expire for months.

When I got a new phone and wanted to renew, I was unable to get the camera or microphone working. I already checked the permissions, so until this issue is fixed, I'm leaving this app as two stars.
It kept telling me that my card isn't valid after it took money 4x still no doctor
Total garbage won't help you get a state card and save you any money. Will have to see another doctor to get. Wed site is constantly down. Terrible customer service and no way to reach a human other than email.
Hot doctor with full. Personalities. Actually went on one of the date that the doctors from here it was fun we had a good time we're planning the second date right now
Super easy to use and saved me a ton of time. It was normal priced compared to where Ive gone before. My only issue is that the system seems to be down all the time
Doesn't work on Pixel, crashes w an error about index.html when just typing info into a form. Typical app designed for only iPhone. I honestly dont know why they don't just have a website.

Terron me app eaze will not be able to succeed unless they fix the completely non-user friendly app. To many issues to list out
I liked it until it's been down for maintenance for over a month. When will it be back. Will change rating after it returns
idk why tf i thought I would get anywhere with an app that denies any zip code I put in 😂
While everything went smoothly and I can order from them online, I paid the extra $20 to have them mail me a card. It has now been well over 2 months and I've yet to receive my card. I expect a $20 refund or to get my card very soon otherwise I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
Super fast and easy. The app was easy to use on my Galaxy 6+. I spent a lot of time detailing how my issues affect me, and it paid off because my time with my doctor was super easy and directed. Thanks for saving me a trip, long wait time, and $!!
Im guessing people are rating negatively based off the actual app. But the products, quality, information, service and delivery were excellent. I got my doctor paper delivered in a few days. I got my CBD oil delivered 45 mim after purchasing to my house. Well maintained ,professional packaging
I was scared it was a scam or it wouldn't work but I got my card probably in three minutes. Good service
The letter still hasn't come in the mail and it's been over two weeks, making it only really useful for eaze orders, but not for orders at my local dispensary who need a copy of my letter... Sadly disappointed. What a waste
The app keeps freezing and won't open anymore. Other than that haven't had any problems with ease. Ease is great as soon as I finished getting my recommendation they within 10mins.
Do NOT USE THIS APP. A TOTAL RIPOFF. AFTER TAKING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, NOTHING HAPPENED. NO DOCTOR INTERVIEW, SCREEN FROZE AND NOTHING. WILL REPORT TO THE BBB

Rip off. I paid the extra for the physical ID card but it never came in the mail and they think they can charge me $20 to replace something I never received. Don't waste your money.

Eaze is garbage. Constant delivery issues and now they won't let me renew. It just brings me to a page to print out all of my expired stuff after I log in. No phone number to call for support so you have to wait 3-20 days to get a response... This company is straight trash.
