It just doesn't fail to disappoint each time it is tried! Try paying through their app -> their coupon codes are not shown -> with high mathematical formulations, guess them correctly -> yet, it doesn't proceed because "something went wrong". Restart, reinstall, retry, re-fail! Absolute failure of an app! If it cannot function on the most up-to-date Android phone on the planet, I wonder how it is still functioning. Highly recommended to NEVER USE IT!
My first experience was not good . I took the membership of eazy dinner for 3 months. I saw offers on screen of the app . I booked a reservation in a cafe through eazy dinner. When i go for to pay the bill through eazy dinner. They denied me. I asked to the reception person why are you not taking the bill through eazy pay. They complety denied for to accept the payment from easy pay. My membership is totally wasted. My first experience was not too good, i paid the complete bill without any offer
Always create new issue/ pose new condition sothat offer couldn't be extended even after paying through EaszyDinner app. Very difficulty to finally realize their offer. Out of four bookings, i am unable to get any of their offer. So, be careful while taking paid membership.
After new update, notification does not go away on swipe. Notification has to be clicked and after that the app opens. Pls fix this or I will uninstall the app as it's irritating to open the app again and again. Also reduce the number of notification that are being send every day.
Eazydiner is the best way to discover great places to eat in your city. Easy-to-use app shows you all the restaurants options in your city, along with menus, photos, and reviews. I will suggest people to go and book a table , if they dont want to go out just due to covid ,they can simple go with other option such as takeaway and delivery option. New good experience & was pleasantly surprised to get easy a reservation during bussy Saturday evening in the walking hours policy of the Restaurant!! Thanks to the app. I will always use Easydiner for my restaurant bookings & never miss the opportunity to avail the discounts!!
This app is a scam! We booked a table for 3 at BBQ Nation through this app as it was showing 25% discount on bill. When we tried making payment through the app, it was not allowing us to enter bank password or otp. The payment screen went white whenever we tried entering bank password or otp. Felt cheated and had to pay the full bill amount.

It's an amazing user-friendly app. You can find amazing deals and discounts with a number of restaurants just at your fingertips. Providing great service and support also. So for such a great experience you can also go for it. :D
My first experience with easydiner, and I have to say this was all hastle free. The easydiner concierge team was prompt and restaurant experience was great. At first we forgot to show our booking reference as nobody asked, but the restaurant regenerated the bill with easydiner promised discount after seeing our easydiner booking reference. Simply Great.
I was promised a 10% discount and an additional 25% when I pay through the app. The bill did not reflect the any discount and neither did the app. I had to pay the full amount and horrible customer service as well when I tried to reach out for a resolution.
Restaurants do not accept Eazypay option , so I don't get the deal I paid for . What's the point then . Your cust care couldn't help either. I lowered by rating as edit. This Easy diner app is a scam . You can get discount as per your credit card itself. Easy diner is of no use. Earlier the booking on the app earned a discount and Eazy pay discount was in addition. It doesn't work anymore as restaurants don't honour this . The message still shows Eazy pay ear!s a discount over and above .
Guys, just be careful on the offers shown, as I faced the issue that in EazyDiner App after applying for 25% discount (Based on the applicable credit cards shown in offers), actual amount without discount got debited. One of the reason for choosing this app was offer of 25% discount which eventually I could not get.
It is the worst app one can ever download. Shows different price on gateway n different on bill so don't trust. Zomato n swiggy are still better as they don't take you for a ride with you bank account.
There is some sort of scam going on with this app. If you try to pay via PayEazy at the restaurant it says - "you don't seem to have internet", even though every other app works fine. This has happened to me twice now. Going to keep an eye on this. The whole extra discount thing seems to be click-bait. Also the reservation never seems to exist at the restaurant!
Reserved table for two at Unplugged Courtyard through the app. Upon reaching the venue I was told that there's a waiting time of 30 minutes. According to them the reservation made through the app (or any reservations, to be precise) didn't make any difference. It's always first come first serve. Put me in a very embarrassing position on the very first occasion I used it. This is the worst experience that I have had with any apps. My two cents: look for something more reliable.
They say you get discount on axis card and stuff but the moment you try to pay bill and type your axis card they say 'we got you covered and payment failed'. It's not the first time happening to me...it's the 3rd time...fed up with this app....you get to know this after having all the food and drinks ..and you end up paying full amount..better to go with dineout app which is better than this...you guys will get fooled if you go out n have stuff thinking of you have discount n stuff.
It was a devastating pathetic experience using this app we booked a table went there order was showing as in the app completed, but we didnt got any payment option from here to apply the offer. Called customer service bt they were unable to help even unprofessional and poor knowledge based staff. Will never use or recommend anyone to use this app.
I was really not sure how this app would work. Guys I saved 800 Rs on paying through this app. A must add on to your phone and also book in advance and pay in advance to get amazing discounts through this app. It gives you the best restaurants to dine in. So please go ahead and install this app and book your favourite restaurants and save money 🤑. Thank you Eazy Diner🙌🙌🙏🥰
 Not able to use the PayEazy feature. Also, when I booked the restaurant it showed me 15% discount on alacarte, however, at the time payment, the reference for 15% was disappeared and as a result I had to pay full amount. Highly disappointed to use this app. Recommend to uninstall.
I think this app works quite well and saved me a bunch of money today. I both booked our table and paid for the meal via the app. I gpt a 10% off from the restaurant and a further 25% off when i paid through the app. Pretty cool i thought. So go ahead and check it out yourself!
This app is an odd mix of other food apps.. used it frequently before the pandemic. Had accumulated enough points for a meal for two, then found that the points value had been drastically cut and were almost worthless. There are good deals on the app but they are mostly valid upto 8pm, and who goes to dinner at that time?! They also started food delivery, then seem to have had second thoughts about it. Result- one first has to think up the name of a restaurant, then find out if it delivers!!
Their table booking facility has worked satisfactorily when I have used it - but best to also re-confirm the booking with the restaurant.. The discounts/ offers are however misleading. I have found that the message texts say one thing, but reality is something else. So pls be cautious if you're going for a meal on the basis of attractive discounts - they may be illusory!
The app is misleading in terms of offering discount at the time of payment via the app. To add to the woes, the processing of payment is extremely slow. Highly disappointed at not getting Rs 800 off as was sent to me as a message from eazydiner on my whatsapp today.
I was not able to pay the bill of respected restaurant from the app. There was some issue with the payment gateway. Hence the discount offer at the time of booking was useless.
It's so simple and so easy to use, I have been using this app from past few months and have saved a lot especially by Bank Offers, Discount on bills + ₹500 or ₹800 discounts by the bank. This is so amazing. Seems like my desserts are free now at every dining through Eazydiner.
Hmm. Use at your own risk. Bad experience. I booked through the app. App promised 15% plus 25% if i pay through eazydiner plus 25% if i pay through payeasy. Very confusing. End result: no discount. Not a single rupee. Bill came for Rs.2449. I paid Rs.2449. Chat support is buggy and slow. They finally gave me a Rs.300 voucher with just one month validity (approx 15%). But the 25% discount not applicable - it is apparently only on certain cards. The huge banners in the app did not make this clear. Case of misleading advertisement.
Booked and paid using ICICI Card on 22nd May 2022. There was an offer of 30% upto Rs.750/- discount using ICICI Card. We neither got discount nor cashback. All these discounts and cashback seems to be for advertising only but not really for customers.
It's slow, just update and it's very very slow to the point I decide not to have dinner at the restaurant. Offer got me to plan and the app got me out. Also, many folks have already pointed out that promo codes fail to work, it happened to me as well and developers should find an alternate method if app is NOT properly tested .. like payment and redemption via whatsapp or sms (dependent on other working app :) )
