You log in as usual with your VR NetKey or Alias and PIN. The app will open with a self-chosen login password. You confirm your transfer data with a TAN generated via Sm @ rt-TAN plus or Sm @ rt-TAN photo or via SecureGo or SecureSign. Please note that for safety reasons, mobileTAN is not allowed for your EB-Banking app. The special security feature of the mobileTAN is that it is provided via a second channel. That would not be guaranteed with mobileTAN currently.

Please note that the EB-Banking app is only supported as of Android version 5.0. Customers with an Android version less than 5.0 will not be able to use the app from mid-May 2019.
