This app is fine but I can't stand that when I press the phone back button, it brings me back to the home page and I have to reapply all of my sort criteria again. The only way it returns back to your modified search is by using the app back button at the top of the screen. Let's face it, most apps allow the use of the phone back button. It's a normal habit formed on any phone, as it should be. In short, performing a routine automatic function on my phone comepletely resets the app to the homepage making the app totally annoying.

Extremely disappointed that the connected luggage tags product and program was discontinued! And it's seriously irritating that you didn't have the decency to at least notify us that it was happening. No email, not even a notification in/from the app. If I hadn't had to get a new phone and sign back in to all my apps I could have flown off thinking I stood a chance of finding my lost luggage when in fact it was completely unidentified! 🤬

Definitely not native. This is like the website crammed inside of a native app. It does not feel like an app and the touch targets in many areas are too small. Navigation is mixed and somewhat confusing. Some in the menu, some not. Navigating back doesn't take you where you expect it to.

Love their store. But this app is weak. While you're shopping DON'T hit the Back button you'll be sent to the home screen and u have to start all over again. just save a shortcut to their website instead.

Love the packing cubes. You can pack more in your suitcase when using the cubes. 1 thing I'm extremely not happy with is the % discount. You get an offer for a % off, it seems there's always an excuse why you can't use it. Part of excuse I pasted on here. "Promotional code you entered may not be combined with another promotional offer or discount. The item I was ordering today was full price & had Free Shipping."

1. Lost all my registered luggage tags. 2. After reinstalling app to try to correct, won't allow login even after PW reset. Keeps prompting to restart app. Been a customer for years.

Why can't you make the back button go back to search results or previous page? Back button takes you back to when you first open the app. Shopping using the app is irritating, time consuming! Please fix this.

Lots of stuff. Biggest problem is shipping cost on minor items and th re fact they use the slowest possible shipping for everything.

I have been a customer of ebags for many years. I have purchased many items in that time. Their own brand products are equal to or superior to the other brands. I highly recommend ebags.

Found a great deal on a backpack my co-worker recommended as we travel for work and it's been great! Now I'm looking for a rolling bag for my scanner!

Terrible app, doesn't allow you to see your orders or manage your account. You have to go to the website to do either. Pointless.

App works pretty well. Back button to go back after viewing an item could be better. Otherwise very happy using this app.

Called customer service to RESET to reset TAG and upgrade software. Long phone wait, but problem solved in a jiffy ! Love this system!

Broken links and incorrect information. Not much more than advertising. Not helpful.

Horrible... Qr code didn't work after multiple trues. Better to just use an old school luggage tag and only put your cell / email on it.

Discreet and accurate practical application. Don't think needed for carry-on but could be wrong.

Won't recognize my QR Code or let me enter in my tag code manually. Ebags is more interested using this app to sell stuff instead of fixing the bugs.

Now useless, even according to eBags Since the connected tags program has been discontinued in early 2020, the app no longer provides any use. Customer service said the app should be removed.
