Very seldomly wants to work right. Always trying to update and never constant. If you work for a company like mine they will constantly call you like your not doing your job. I have even taken my phone in to have it checked only to waste money because nothing is wrong with my phone.(Samsung Note 9). Thanks for the response but it is still not a good app at all. It will not hit my phone and or checklist alot. I also have to logout and back in several times a shift. Oh well. Good luck.
This app is horrible. I am constantly having to have my phone out refreshing the connection to get it to finally work. It takes our eyes off of our duty, making us look unprofessional. Either hire people who know what it is actually like to work day in and day out at a post or get out of the industry.
If it wasn't for my employer wanting me to use this app I would not this thing has more bugs than a trap house. I'm sitting here trying to do a incident report and it's taking 30 + minutes to send a report. in my opinion your app is garbage and it needs a lot of work
Horrible app..... Have to uninstall and re install every shift, if I didnt have to use this app for work, I wouldnt. Waste of company money IMO...
Poor and intermittant performance in my experience; too demanding of attention in the field with no means to verify proper operation; suggests possible upgrades neglected.
Always having a hard time connecting it to the internet easy pickins is having problems
Report writing functions as intended, but check ins perform poorly. I would like a developer to reach out.
Update 8/1/20 Worthless. I'm standing right in front of a Beacon but my phone WILL not make a connection. If it makes a connection, the app does not complte it in the beacon list. I'm supposed to pay attention to my surroundings during my perimeter checks. Now I'm only focused on the screen of my phone, to see if the app works. Easte of time and money. My recommandation; get rid of the bluetooth beacons and use NFC pads.
Support please fix this issue. Maybe increase the range to trigger the check-ins. App updated to do patrol check points automatically which is fine for some but like all my other co workers have said. We can't get close enough to trigger them. Its simple the address is for the building we can get as close as the street nearest with other version we could manually check in from a small distance. This is getting us in to in trouble with our dispatch. Our work phones are managed by the company heads so we cannot downgrade or mess with any extra settings this update was our fault now although we didn't know it would change if it updated.
I used to be able to check into my gps patrol points manually now due to the update i cant. Please fix that
I downloaded the app and it isnt even giving me the option of registering for it. It even tells me once i click forgot password to click back and click register but there is no register.
It would be more helpful if we could take pictures while writing reports inside the app. Also I can't see declined reports, that need resubmitted.

Explain why the app needs access to my contact information? Why does it need access to my camera and take pictures without my consent?
Much improved. Thanks and keep up the good work! To developer- the app seems to occupy the same space in the phone as say, youtube. I wager some of the feedback stems from the conflict found after pausing your video in a different window and trying to run ebeacons simultaneously in the background. Just a hunch - the end user is ultimately responsible... I think the app is working much better.
