I have bought from ebid a few times. Never had any issues. I downloaded the app to explore more of the site and was disappointed. I didn't see many items for sale. Search never had any listings for anything I searched. I sell on eBay. I was interested in getting a sellers account on ebids. I tried to get the free option and it wouldn't load the page correctly. I'll be deleting the app. I don't buy from ebid often so I'll just use the website.

This app was last updated 4 years ago, and it really, reeeeeally shows. I bought a membership on my laptop, then went to use the phone app to start listing and selling, but the app is practically useless. It is laggy, if/when it even responds at all. I may just have to cut my losses here, and spring for an eBay membership. It may be a bit more expensive, but the company, as well as their app, is always 100% reliable, and responsive.

Absolutely dire; as a Seller it is tedious to navigate, missing certain aspects of selling that appear on the main site and, most importantly, does not seem to be maintained/updated/IMPROVED by eBid anywhere near as often as it should be. Claims that they are an outfit to rival eBay are pure fantasy - they are never likely to even ruffle the feathers of eBay, even with a strong wind behind them. I've never seen them advertised anywhere, which might explain why sales are few and far between.....

I purchased seller plus in 2014 and gave up selling on it shortly after. I've just had a peek now to check if there have been any improvements and it is still really really bad. It's strange even the most basic search functions are terrible.

Its pretty rubbish, the search engine is shockingly bad to say it is now 2021 and a lot of the seller features are not there. Like many others i came to Ebid from Ebay but unfortunately Ebid just isnt there yet.. it still needs a lot of work doing to become even remotely like its competitors. I understand the whole if its not broken dont fix it thing, but sometimes an upgrade wont hurt...

There is definitely room for improvement, which needs to happen, but Ebid is a better experience than eBay, at least you have some seller protection unlike eBay.... But your sales will be massively reduced, with less foot fall....worth running both, ebid is like eBay used to be.....a long long time ago... :-)

Seems like a good app, but I cant see the whole item description. You cant move left or right on the text and even if I zoom out completely, theres still 1/4 of the text that I cant see

Absolutely terrible. Photos come up the wrong way and server fails on it continuously. I played £49.99 for a lifetime subscription. So far a waste of money.

The app needs a lot more work. You can barely do half the things on the app as you can the website. Fled from eBay like everyone else, and even got the Seller+. So far my only post for a Warhammer 40K Primaris Space Marines army has had ZERO traffic (to my knowledge) and there's constant "error, girth value incorrect" BS popping up. I don't give a s*** about the damn girth value of the package being right. A box is a motherf***ing box. The weight should be all that's needed. Please fix this app

Not good in app. Use web instead. You can only list items. You cant even set up PayPal or anything on the app. Cant reply to messages people send you as well. The website is much easier.

I paid the £75 fee around five plus years ago, i have not listed on it for about two or three years as it is so bloody complicated, it is a good site but never gets any traffic so selling is at a snails pace, the checkout for buyers needs to link with PayPal the whole procces is enought to make you want to screem and rip your hair out.

Needs a bit of a update to be up with Competition they fixed a problem I had in no time so they could do it. Advertise would be a good start give the competition a shock

I just moved over from eBay and am excited to see this platform grow. Unfortunately the browser is a better platform to use and I hope the app gets an upgrade soon cuz people are running from eBay rn and it's the perfect opportunity for this platform to get some more sellers.

Not optimized. Very poor search selection. Outrageous price inflations. Which is only an issue because of the filters

No, I don't wanna pay a boat load of money up front just to be able to list. What if you're site is trash and my items get no traffic? Just take a cut of each sale. Complete waste of time. Don't bother.

very slow and complicated. you could be a rival to eBay but you need to get grip of things. starting with this app.

Horrible, can't register as seller without paying, their support said they were fixing this issue, but its been many weeks and no fixes. Uninstalled, and will never go back, this is how they care for their customers.

Change my rating as they listened to problem and solved the issues. The app works perfect now and does what I needed it to do. Very happy, recommended.

Bought an item from the worst seller I have ever encountered. Goods never even shipped. eBid useless at helping. Thank goodness for PayPal who refunded my money. Won't ever use eBid again!

Works better in the browser then it does with the mobile. Like the affordability of the fees just wish somebody would please update the MOBILE APP for the love of God & all things sacred.👍

This is the second time I've tried this site. Asking for a refund again because it is too difficult to list anything from a mobile phone or tablet. Very confusing.

I'm rating this with a one because I can't even log in through Google. It always pops up with a 404 message.

Lost out on 100's of feedbacks as "copy to user" facility is not a feature on the app.
