No registration required for general usage. Anyone willing to use it for fund transfer, bill payment and account/loan/card information needs to register at a branch for the service.
EBL SKYBANKING App has been designed keeping security in mind. It ensures security by binding the IMEI number of the mobile phone with the App apart from the unique user ID and password. A single user can add a maximum of 3 devices. Moreover, One Time Password or OTP will be required to perform transactions like fund transfer through the App.

The best banking app ever.. Easy to use.. Safe and secure.. Works fast.. Almost all services works perfectly. All banks should optimize their apps like this...
Quite good.But it is full of bugs. Still now npsb fund transfer method is not enabled....Dps opening system is not good.Follow city bank citytouch app and show their classic features.Dps opening 6 to 120 month,different kind of fdr opening system.Rate also high rather than ebl.Please add more features like world class internet banking app citytouch.....
This apps don't have NPSB inward fund transfer ie., you can't transfer fund from other bank to EBL instantly. Now a days many bank have this service. EBL should upgrade their apps with service.
My fingerprint doesn't work with your updated version. It is boring to reach your helpdesk by phone due to many unnecessary questions.
The latest update is not working. Getting logged out every time I am trying to make a fund transfer. Need to fix this issue.

This application is very nice. Bank work can be done very easily. This is very useful for online banking.
Problematic while log in. Doesn't provide information upon asking for balance statements.
Need simplify! Login option use mobile number or email. #ui shuld be clean and minimal

Im having an issue (seeking dev attention). When I go to the "Account Info" or "Fund Transfer" menu, it pops up a permission screen, that says "Allow modifying system settings". I didn't gave the permission as Im not sure why is it asking that or if its normal and as it wasn't there during the last six months I been using the app. My phone model is "Mi A3", if that helps to debug. Let me know if its okay. And lastly, to say about the app overall, it works, but the UI needs a lot of work. Thanks.

This was a good app until the last update. Now it's the worst. The finger print mode doesn't work at all, instead logs me out no matter how many times I put it in. Everytime I use the app I have to put a new password in because it never recognizes the password. There are issues with device recognition even if you're still using it on the same device. I honestly don't know what kind of developers were used to make a good app so bad. I would give this negative marks if there was an option to.
So far app functionality id good, but why still this UI alive? What are you doing developers ?
This app is very helpful but still there are lots to improve. First of all, receiving code via email doesn't work. Secondly, it only shows last 10 transactions it would be more convenient if we can see all our transactions. And I will really appreciate if you can make the interfaces more simple.
One of the best App I have used. Easy and simple with lots of options. But I couldn't stop saying that the background Image is not eye soothing at all. Sould change the theme or should have the option to change. It is difficult to read the information in the app.
The App Is Great For Carrying Out Most Tasks. But I would like to point out some issues: 1. Please Add NPSB Transfer 2. My Name is Stuck as "EBL AQUA CARD". There should be a option to change name. 3. The UI Is Annoying. It should be modernized. 4. After not using the app for a few minutes, it gives a vibration saying you are logged out which is annoying.
This app really save a lot of time. I use aqua card. Whenever I have to check my account balance I need to waste a lot of time by calling or In ebl DIA. But now it's really easy and fast to check balance. But I am disappoint in one thing that it doesn't show me a whole month transaction of my card.Despite that everything is good. I hope EBL will add this feature too in the next update.
Update 2 (20/1/19): It is suddenly playing audio promotions while the phone is locked. Never seen any other app do it. I have blocked all notifications from the app. Fix this issue. Update 1: After the update, I can log in. Thanks. Crashes while trying to log in. Please fix bugs before publishing the app. At least do some beta testing.
One of the best mobile banking application of Bangladesh. The value it adds to my online banking experience is immense. During the covid-19 crisis, I could avail all the essential service through this app. User interface is very friendly, and fund transfer is very quick and reliable. Other than minor bugs, the app is near perfect.
It's disappointing, when I trying to fund transfer, its say change your limit and its update after 24 hours and then when I am trying again says change your limit. Seriously I want to use this app more than 4 months but faces the same problem. And when I am contacting with the customer service they even don't pick my call. This crucial moment I want to use this app but cannot. When I used Standard chartered Bank's app never faced this kind of problem.
The app is really very good. All the services I need are available except for aqua card refund notifications.it will be great if u cud add the refund notifications of aqua card. I'd ask the team to take a note and work on this. Another issue I'd like to mention that, there was daily dollar rate available in the app before on a scroll msg, which is not available now. So pls add a separate option to check daily dollar buying rate in the app. I hope you guys WON'T work on it like you didn't before
Worst banking app experience ever. Overly complicated registration system, bad outdated UI and annoyed to the most while tried to use it. These type of app should be built by professionals. People who are giving it more than 1 star, they literally have no idea how easy it is in the outside world, how nicer and thorough user experience it could be.
In the updated version of 17th July, the sign in doesn't work. Even though I am using the latest version, the app still gives a pop up to get the updated version and redirects me here. Tried in different handset and Android version, the problem is same. Update: the issues was solved.

Good app but there is no option to block / unblock dual currency debit card! This should be done for the security of the account. please add this options.
