It takes forever to open and the app lags too much regretting opening acount in this bank.
I had to make an urgent payment but the updated version takes so long to login and when it does, session expires even before I can do anything. This is frustrating.
Such an bad app. I have created my account today. And for activation, i downloaded this app but it showing error only. First, customer service is very very poor. Every staff of this bank were very rude and now this. I regret opening my account in this bank.
The new update is not good. I am trying to send money but it showing error... Even there is any more issue. Hoping to get better version
Your new update is lagging so much. I tried fonepay and it just keep loading and loading after scanning QR code. Hope you do something about that glitch.
Qr code isn't scanning through the app while doing the phone pay...
The server is always down. It has been 3 days now. What kind of service is this.๐
What the hell is wrong with this app, its too slow. Firstly it takes time to open, and then muskil le k khulya hunxa it doesnot scan the QR properly. Esari mobile banking app ko paisa k hami sittai ma kharcha garira ho ๐คจ๐
Lots of issues in this app after updating to new version
The app is very unreliable. Sometimes the payment doesn't go through. Sometimes the payment goes through after it says that it failed. And other times the app doesn't open all together says error code 503(or something). Has happened this to me many times when the only payment option available to me is this app. Please improve this promptly!
Any password change from SMS application does not get forwarded in encrypted form from messaging. That means anyone can read it and know the password. This can be read by IT Deptt as well. A very dangerous situation.
Nonsense app. Always big trouble. Doesn't open any time. Only opens in ebl branch. The previous app was easier and better working. It's been long time facing problem still not working at all. Why the bank is not solving the problem. Irritated. Hope bank will open its ears soon.
I hate this new updated app. I have not been able to open it since i install it.. I had gone to bank about commenting this error but could not get reliable and positive response. My transaction has been like locked since then. if such error last for long time, I shall be closing my account very sooonnnnn....
Haven't changed my password and still it says wrong password and couldn't login. When asked for explanation all they say is to go to the nearest branch and fill the form to reset the password. I am a regular app user and this is just disappointing that the bank gives so much hassle to its users.
Following settings need to be added which are not found in your app..... 1. Inter-bank fund transferring system. 2. Finger print log in setup system. 3. Fingerprint transaction setup system. 4. All transactions need to be shown by your system. 5. Transaction download system. 6. After logged in, your app still need to be worked (till the time whenever user has not logged out or exit the app) even user is using another apps. Anticipating, the changes will be made very soon and delevered to users
This app is so broken. When I tried miss call alert, it freezes the entire device. doesn't work unless rebooting it. Also it logouts everytime I go back, there should be option to exit or save the details.
The fact that I need to remember customer id bothers me. This app doesn't even remember previously entered customer id like older version. Security is a concern here I understand but it makes using app very inconvenient to use. Some easy to remember alternative customer id would be awesome.
Worst app. This app doesn't load. Halts on start screen.
The app is not opening from some days and showing cannot connect to server. Why??
Why does this app need password that is not of our word.. any kind of word that I type in for new password this app denies. Every time I try to put my liking password but it does not want to accept my password. It does not matter if the password is weak or the password is lengthy or short. It would accept my password as per my wish. I am not very happy about it. My very first impression is not going in the positive note. I don't like the way the security level of this app is put at.
I couldn't sign in it takes too many attempts to sign even i couldn't topup ncell prepaid after entering OTP it shows error message. Previous version was good with single click everything had done.This version is useless.
Great progress than before. Two stars was taken away because the transaction enquiry wasn't functioning. Rather it was just stuck at loading. Please fix that there's a five star for you waiting!
Very bad and hard to use. It shows blank white screen after opening. The updated version is too wrost. And the service of ebl is also very poor. I suggest other and customer not to link with this bank.
It was awesone and surely is more secure than any other mobile banking apps
App has been improving through last year. Something that the bank can address is appearance of QR code transactions in bank statement. Those transactions appear with some numbers without mention of merchant name. It is difficult to discern merchant while looking at past statements through those numbers. Addition of merchant name would help customers recall easily where they spent their money.
