Enjoyed all of the content but, there seems to be a problem with the video. The view seems to be cut on my phone. I can only see a section of the total view. It doesn't show the full camera view. I'm usiyan Infinix hot 6. Hope this gets fixed soon
I just said let me try my luck, and ignore the review, I dont understand this app at all, I installed the app, but to subscribe is now a problem, it keep telling me to create a PayPal account and subscribe, I create a PayPal account even when I know I don't need it but still not working. The part of this app, is that no costumers Service. I really want to subscribe. But not with PayPal. They have good movies, and show, Pls try and fix this problem
I expected so much more from Ebonylife and this app and the numerous updates keeps falling short. App keeps force-closing, that I can live with. However, have been unable to watch anything. I keep getting an automated message that I have a running subscription when I try to recharge the account. Sent emails, chatted on Instagram. No reply, no resolution. You would think that a company like Ebonylife would have good customer service or even an in app chat service. Just terrible 🤦🏾♀🤦🏾♀🤦🏾♀
The media player hangs/freezes. The colour mix on the FAQs page is odd, hence causing difficulty reading texts in purple/blue. The colour theme needs a touch, too many (contrasting) colours.
If there is something like ZERO stars I would have given it. This is a scam. twice I have been debited yet my account says I am not subscribed. I email and I am told to unsubscribe to be able stop the monthly debits. On a service one cannot use?? So Ebony Life is now skimming N500 off people monthly???? I don't get this!!! REFUND MY MONEY AND STOP THE DEBITS else I am just getting started. How does one unsubscribe from something that one is not subscribed to?? DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
the app keep closing every time it is opened, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, same issues. this is a very bad first impression
I love the app, easy to navigate. All the blockbusters are there without interruption. I'll recommend this for anyone
I can give this app a zero star, if there is one. I have uninstalled and installed again, yet I still can't subscribe. All I get is an error message.
This app is terrible. It keeps stopping and starting all over again while watching a movie. It's just a good way to waste data. I'm really dissatisfied.
The app does not support Google chromecast! Can this be included? And Android version crashes on startup!
wonderful app with nice movies but an inbuilt download for offline viewing would help save our data though. all the same it's cool

A total waste of time and money! Am so grateful to God that I paid for the monthly subscription! Its a useless app! Where is CPA when you need them? They should look into this, coz this is a reap off!!!

Your app is soo crappy! I ignored the reviews on the app store and decided to subscribe for a month to try it out. I've not been able to watch a single thing. Would definitely not be resubscribing. I know it is not my connection because I watch Netflix, IrokoTV and SceneOne TV without buffers. Fix your app before advertising to people to subscribe.
