I installed this mostly for the text to voice feature, it does act up occasionally but it is mostly reliable. I'm leaving this as two stars because the customization is great and the text to voice is great. But I also got this so I could read books. That is really hard to get into with the stupid add bar you added on the bottom of the screen. I am uninstalling this after about 5 minutes of that bar existing. It jars me right out of the books. Don't be greedy you already had plenty other ads.
A good app. I like this app it suits me fine and, I have a sugestion. If you could modify this app to have the reading window split in half from top to bottom and, that two different books could be loaded side by side, it would be very nice for when readiing the same book in two different languages. But let the app still keep all the fetures it now has. If you do please let me know whe it is available. Thank you
Great little ebook reader. Does everything I need without consuming all of my device's storage space! Only complaint is that most of the library links appear to be broken. Only Gutenberg is functional. This is not a big problem if you know how to search for free ebooks outside if the app, but it is a frustrating I convenience to have the links there, but not working.
This update is a step back, when reading there are many ads in an ads banner which are too distracting. The Toolbar is too big, takes a few lines away.I hate the latest update! Now the app doesn't work! It's been two days. Keeps getting worse! Are there any issues with this app?
This reader is good enough for my needs, but i'm still looking for night mode and how to jump between pages. I hope these features are somewhere there. Anyway, many thanks to the developers of this app.
This app was good before last update. Now you can't read a proper book, reason is bot advertising with 1/4 screen size. Really disapointed from this app...i offer this app to 10 of my friends, now i really sorry about this. Ofc don't expect from developers to carry about it...so i will change it for sure. Everything good is destroied in time :(
I have been using mobile9 deco to read books from past 2 years by using this app as my reader app but suddenly it stopped recognizing books from mobile9. I haven't found any other app that could help me read my books. Can someone please help me out ? Or could you suggest any other software or site that ables you to read even the latest books? ( online or by downloading, doesn't matter) Please.
Only plus is that it looks great. However I couldn't access any catalogs, and an 23mb epub file kept closing out the app, while smaller epub files - less than 1mb - were readable. I was disappointed.
Hello, I really like this app but my friend is the one that download the stories and pass it to me to read, but now that I installed this again and no one around me uses this app nor know how to download stories. I would like to know how to download stories here and search since I'm having difficulties of it. The rating is 3 stars since I have a problem but once I know how then I'll change it! Hope you read this and help me.
Installed, opened first book, (after closing an ad of course), leafed through 3 pages (partial pages really cause of the ad pasted across the bottom of the page), uninstalled the app. Not gonna put up with that cr@¥.
Too many distracting adds and no possibility to buy full version. Pity as it's a good programme overall.
too many ads!!! make it a struggle to read a page, let alone a whole book, get an app that you can block the ads in.
Please stop copying other people's work. This is COOL READER'S Clone. **And the worst thing is that you add ADS excessively, while the original apk does not have ADS at all.
Almost great, but there must be a feature of text highlighting . It is odd not to finding a simple feature !
I always got the "Error occured while reading OPUS catalog" error message after clicking the sites available. Doesn't work I suppose.
Looked promising but will not open pdf files. EPUB books with largest font size of 72 set still have text that is too small for easy reading.
Nope the app is totally useless , just downloaded it and tried to open but nothing just a blank dark space no words, nothing indicated that its loading. Gave it some time still nothing .
Doesn't access external storagr, nor auto scans for books, file system browsing is limited to local, doesn't have a Library default folder that can be configured
Can benefit from some interface trimming. Other than that, it's cute and functional.
Awesome. It can scan for books in zip files and handle files with hundreds of books with no lag.
tollerable adds, all necessary functionality: go to, search for; minimal permissions (only file access). the best reader i've seen

It is a wonderful app. I like that I can always come back continue a book from wherever I have stopped and do many more with such ease.
I read at night with no to minimum lights on.. The bright white advertising at bottom of screen makes reading impossible unless I block advertising with tape.
ive always loved this app even when it couldnt open external memory. and now it can display in its library items from my sd card! im so thrilled.

Works fine but the ads have become too intrusive. Time to find a different app. Shame
Okay I've used this app for years to read from every phone I ever had and never had any issues. But today everything changed. I rather buy it, than tolerate ads inside the book. They are absolutely distracting and blinding especially in the night mode. Please make an option to delete them, or I will have to delete the app and I really don't want to do this.
