Can't login. Asked for email address and password but after typing 1st character of email the keyboard disappeared so can't continue.
Unable to login on app while website works.
I certainly do NOT recommend !!!!! Gives incomplete or misleading information and instructions on redeeming airline credit. When you call the given number, the options are not suitable and you waste time trying each, only to find yourself talking to an underpaid stressed out call center worker who can't do anything anyway. Then they wash their hands of you and suggest you contact the airline. I suggest you seriously consider avoiding ebookers!
Avoid this service, there are much better and safer like booking com. Made a reservation via ebookers, got to the hotel and suprise... They don't work with ebookers! Ebookers is now refusing to give me back my money, even after sending them a copy of the hotel bill where I paid with cash.. so I paid twice for the same hotel .. Luckly they still had a room available when I arrived..
Absolutely useless. No support for users who are stranded overseas. Chat doesn't work and there is no email option, only a direction to a phone hotline which puts you on hold for over an hour, on international roaming rates before cutting you off.
I use this app for years, always loved it. But for a few days the app crashes immediately once opened. I reinstalled it several times but no improvement. You guys need to check what's going on immediately!!!
Read terms and conditions before you purchase anything you cant physicaly see. Even if you buy a full insurance (full) they still eant to charge you £€800+ in hour card. In case they steal your car so they can charge you the petrol fee! Unless you bring it back in a separate containers. Tried once never again way to go!
Can't cancel or change reservations in app or in website. When calling to customer service nobody answers. Basically lost over 300 euros because I my flights are cancelled so I can't go to the hotel I've reserved and due ebookers way of handling things I can't cancel the hotel. Absolute garbage. Will never reserve anything through them.
They charged my credit card 4 times with 3 different amounts and 2 of them twice. These prices do not even reflect the flights I bought. The phone number for the support line DOES NOT WORK. They also have you chat to a robot with 4 options that are no help. It's a loop to scam you for your money... Do not trust it!
brilliant App for booking hotels and cars . I'm part of the bonus scheme (5% money back every booking) . I let it build up and get a hotel night for free. the only reason why ebookers AKA EXPEDIA isnt getting 5 stars is that sometimes when i book a hotel and im checking in i notice the room rate when signing is say €96 but i booked it on ebookers costing €110 so you feel ripped off especially when you get %5 back even they are not really giving you anything
Very good in matching budget with nearby amenities for stay. Also a decent choice of flights. Needs slight improvement with navigating to secure messages regarding accommodation. Overall a fine service.
Very poor experience. Have a lufthansa credit which I have repeatedly tried to use. When I ring ebookers they are unable to make a simple booking & the information is contradictory and confusing. I will never use their site again
So far no better than going online to website & Very disappointed & fed up with them hiking the prices up every time I'm interested in a hotel & ready to book, they put the price right up, they're not getting me that way! I avoid & go somewhere else !
I do love ebookers but the app is a little annoying as it dosent save searched hotels and reverts back to start when you press return button... but I've booked all my holidays with ebookers and find there customer service very helpful when needed ..so big thumbs up from me😊
Took my money for hotel room and never paid the rooms. I had to pay cash instead. And then the BANK tells me there is a 10 day hold on my money. Tried to contact ebookers to cancel and return my money. Well you cant speak to anyone. And there is no way if getting ahold of them. This is a big scam
Very poor customer service, they cancelled my flight so many times, and with out any alternative. I will never use it again, and never to recommend.
Should not advertise Goldcars as they are scam. You pay one price in line and they charge you additionally when collecting the car. I.e. I paid the fee for the car rental and they refused to give me the car if I don't pay 74 euro for insurance (not specified when booked).
Fantastic app, easy to use and very descriptive. The price for hotels and flight are very reasonable. I strongly recommend it.
Used it a lot in the past. It gets more stingy with people using voucher codes. Not many codes around these days, used to be more generous. And now a code only valid once per account. Room sizes use imperial, no way to change to metric on the app. Irritating.
Easy to use and I love the preview picture of each room type in the list of rooms; no need to click to see what the room looks like! The prices are great too.
Not bad. Filters and sorting could be improved to specify the area (eg Costa adeje) of a certain place u want to search for hotel
easy to use app. there are many hotel selections and room prices are comparable to other sites plus it gives bonus which you can use when booking.
Cannot sort by distance. Cannot change currency. Cannot sort by cost. All are basic search criteria and both need fixing.
This company stole money out off my debate card. I had went through then to book 2 hotel rooms. they took the money out of my account. Never sent the money to the hotel so I had to pay cash. They never refunded me the money back. They gave me a phone number that was some lady named Rose. they other numbers tell ya if it is an emergency hang up call 911. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM . DON'T LET THE CHEAP RATES FOOL YOU. THEY ROB PEOPLE, I WILL HE NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BOUROW.
Such an easy app to use. I have booked many hotels using the app, and I get notifications of discount codes. All my booking in 1 place. I recommend this app.

No sign-in with Google, only Facebook? And impossible to confirm creation of the account by clicking on the link received by email as you have to sign-in to your not yet created account...
Great for booking holidays, excursions, etc , but mainly keeping all bookings on app, rather than printing them.
Same as someone else, keep getting error message when trying to log in on Android phone. Ok on iPad and website. Have already raised problem with ebookers but they couldn't resolve so what chance have I got. Poor service!
