Very good app. I would like you to let me select the way to align the text and the original alignment appear between these options. Also that when sorting them by authors group more than 15 titles. If I have, for example, 16 titles from one author, title 16 appears to me in another group. I would also like them to allow titles to be grouped in different ways, as a genre.
I really like almost everything about this app. However, half the time I try to change the page, it simply resizes the text. There needs to be a feature to allow you to lock text size or disable raizing via gesture so you don't lose your place in the middle of reading.
Almost perfect, gorgeous interface with a friendly user experience. But it's lack a cruciale detail that "readEra" had, and that is the opinion of translating on the fly by Google translate and search by Google, and other minor details like the rough animation, no option to keep the appearance of status bar and the shortage of fonts options, greater app needs a last touch
Just downloaded this and I like it. It's a visually pleasing app, but I just really really wish I could highlight sentences and long-press words to search for them. The lack of a highlighting feature is a big minus which is sad cos this would've been perfect for me.
Great app! Pretty customizable- I like to read in dark mode + I appreciated the different scrolling options! I feel like some additions could be made for a better experience (personally I'd prefer a way to either add a description in the "about" section or a sort of tagging system) but overall it does exactly what it says on the tin!
For me its a great app, its easy to use.. its very simple. The feature that lets you highlight and comment on stuff is really great, althought it'd be nice to have a few more colors, secondary and primary colors specifically. But all in all its really a good app especially when it comes to annotating.. its really hard to find an app that does that.
The app is amazing. I can read all my e books here easily. Navigatung through the application is a breeze and the user interface and feature is better than any other app out there. There is only 1 issue that I have. Wn reading a book, the page number is not diaplayed. If this feature is added the app will be even better.
Was good and now extremly annoying /w poor UI. I really regret to update the app. Pagination gone and now have to keep on scrolling ( before can press left/ right edge and goto next page, now have to swap 3-4 times to reach next page). Not to mention zoom and bookmark extremely easy to trigger during navigation and mess up the whole reading view. ( messed up several time everyday), pls make a way to disable it in setting.
Amazing, but i'd love for the highlighted/saved to be categorized/sectioned off by colors so it's easier to find. I think something that looks like kindle's highlight notebook where the highlight color that was picked is on the side of the text is also a good inspiration to take.
it is fantastic app to read books, but I'd like some tweaks in the design. In "saved" colours are marked by crosses (if it's blue — ×). Make it easier: fill in the entire quote with the selected color.
Selecting word more THAN two words, causes THE selection highlight to reach to THE next word, WHICH isn't necessary. And, therefore, I HAVE to done selection many times FOR same words. Correct selecting words FOR "quoting" option, quoting" isn't coming straight after long pressing on word/words, quoting takes two step, WHICH should be reduced to only one step, WHEn user trying to long press word/words FOR quoting
I just downloaded and tried this app for the purpose of eBook reading. The basic idea seems good: create a "shelf" to add similar books by an author, subject, genre, or even format. You may make as many shelves as you please. But here's the rub. After creating a shelf, you must select the items by hand from a list of all items. In my case, the list included ~1800 items out of which I selected 33 for my shelf. Even with filter for format (mobi) the list was long. Moreover the list was incomplete.
Best ebook reader. Simple U.I, easy to use, efficient. But my little 🐣 criticism is that it's not a bit good for PDF. E-book is far more suitable (& best)for this. Overall, a great app 👍😊.My thanks to the developers and please make PDFreader fit to full screen and more appropriate to read.
The system ui overlaps the status bar(back button and 3dots icon slightly overlaps status bar, so that when pressed back icon sometimes the notification tray slides down). Overall, the app is fantastic.
App is good with its aesthetic ui but please give option to: 1. continuous vertical scrolling 2. sync process isn't reliable so please give option so that it can sync in background and make a progress bar so we can see how many books have been uploaded.. 3. Give option of night light like "'Google Play Books" because even in the night mode it is too bright because words aren't affected by night mode... 4. Give us a dictionary so we can look up difficult words...
Everything in this app is incredible, and there are a lot of helpful function during my reading. The thing is, some of the book cover are not showing without any reason. Please fix this issue.
Was great at first, but an impossible software bug. I love this app but every time I refresh my shelves to update the contents the app crashes. I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, chose different file paths, different books... app consistently crashed when it is adding ebooks. Really disappointed
Everything is good. There's a good dark mode, ebooks look great and are easy to read and navigate. All the links for chapter selection in the epub work and the pages turn nicely. Even has portrait mode lock in more options. Very nice!
Nice app probably the only ePub app i have installed on my phone for the longest time. I do have my problems like some font’s not working and that’s kinda annoying because there are some font’s i want to try but still keep my phones default font but sometimes the fonts wouldn’t work. Is this some kind of bug or does the app not support that font or maybe it’s not compatible? I’d like an a solution to my problem if ther eis one. Other than that I love the app it’s amazing good work <3!
The user interface is great but it could still improve like where is dictionary or offline dictionary and also there could be more page animations like curling page. If these features are added then it would beat top ebook reader apps in my opinion.
Can't get into settings. Goes into landscape mode automatically and can't turn that off. More settings button overlaps with phone's back button, so it returns back to home screen.
Great book reader. It has no ads, i can adjust the font and its size. It allows to adjust the brightness and I love the new updates that have made it more user friendly. Thanks guys.
Almost perfect! Personally, I like to read with scroll feature but the scroll feature of this app is not very smooth and seems laggy to my eyes. I hope the developers find a way to make it smooth. Also, the lines at the top and bottom are so annoying. I hope there is a feature to remove it. Other than that, the interface looks nice and I really like it.
This app does what you want it to do, it is easy to navigate and has pretty much all the functionality you could want. The minor issues are ones you will find with any ereader, like font size changing where you are in the text. My only wish would be the ability to add a short note that displays in the list of installed books, though i have been able to get around that by editing the "author". Thanks for the great app, ive gotten a lot of use out of it :)
It's really good and simple. However, i only have one problem. That is, there is no hold and search option while reading. I'm not that good in English, so it would be very easier for me and many others if finding out the meanings of words that easily. It would consume less time than switching apps. Other than that, i found the app amazing.
