EBSB Mobile Banking

I'm not sure exactly what the glitch but it's getting frustrated trying to login in to a blank page😡 it has happened several times, I have to delete the app and download it again and after a few days, its acting up again😣

The app is fine. I use several different online banking platforms and I can't figure out how to add common features, like a transfer to my other accounts... You're taking the "savings" account quite seriously... But really, how do I move money out without having to call?

I hate that I have to put one star should be nothing just a comment. I uninstalled it and I made it worse now it's set on location approval and it's frozen I am installed it again the same thing so before it stopped using my fingerprint. But I'm saying all this for nothing because you guys don't respond to anybody the app is garbage and bugging I'll just stick with the ATM and the website.

Have had an issue for the past few days. Only a white screen shows up and no login screen. I deleted and have tried to re-download but it won't download now. Please fix asap!

Could you add an "At a glance" widget to see what is in your account so you dont have to keep logging in everytime to check it? Some of the bigger banks have this option not sure if it's with in EBSBs ability but would be nice.

I like but wish i could set up alerts. So after every transaction i could get alerted. That would make it a 5 star's for me. My girl has the bank of America app. And she's able to set up alerts. Please. Make it happen. It's 2020.

Terrible since the update! What is the point of save user ID if I have to keep entering user ID when logging in!? It's so aggravating to use now!!! Put it back the way it was please.

this app used to be very useful until recently. the white screen of death pops up instead of the login screen and it's very frustrating. please fix soon.

I never had an issue with this app. But now, everytime I open the app, there's only a blank white screen. I waited a bit but the "username" and "password" section don't show up, still just a blank screen. Is there a way to fix this?

You constantly screw up my login information and require me to use my password every time. Let me log in using my fingerprint instead of saying I need freaking authentication every time I sign in it's ridiculous. Fix the bugs please.

It is behind other banks' apps. My guess is that since the becamr a publicly traded company, they need to focus on shareholders and not customer. Latest complaint is their password entry is messed up. Need to go to PC to access account with same user name and PW.

Somehow there is an upgrade but it does not seem to upgrade.. ineven tried Uninstaller it and still nothing.. without mobile banking I may have to change my accounts

The app has been acting up a lot lately. Now I'm not even able to log in. If the issue isn't fixed soon, I'll be uninstalling it.

this ap does not work on my ssmsung tablet it once did i can use on my lg cell but have problems. i never use to boyh are android i am going to look for new bank..i have bern with u a long time and u r very close to my home..smarten up this ap meeds help for ur customers

Same issue here.. blank page and cannot log in... have to uninstall and reinstall to possibly circumvent... not convenient at all!

App no longer opens. It keeps saying that it is updating.

Can't even log in. User/pass is fine but I can't get in.

Keeps unsaving my username and password and have to keep choosing to use fingerprint verification.

need fingerprint so I dont have to type my password all the time. I'll give you 5stars when that's added

Bare mimimum app that works only to look at your balance and transactions

Useless EBSB mobile app. Money amounts never accurate so sad.

It is not updating. I ALREADY UNINSTALL AND STILL NOTHING.

This app is horrible it complicates a lot, today we need practicality and not coaxing

Sucky bank with the world's most annoying ads. Avoid these clowns at all costs. Terrible customer service, the bank is stuck in the 20th century
