EBSCO Audiobooks offers thousands of exciting titles from the world’s best publishers. EBSCO’s extensive collection of content offers something for every listener, including best-selling fiction and non-fiction, award-winning children’s and young adult books, and more.
To log into the app, you’ll need a valid My EBSCOhost account with a participating library, school, or other institution.
Audiobooks checked out to that account on EBSCOhost are immediately available for listening on your device.
Audiobooks are available online or when disconnected: once a book is downloaded to your device you can listen even if you’re not connected to Wi-Fi or data.
When you’re done listening, you can delete audiobooks in the app to reduce the amount of data stored on your device.
Don’t see your favorite title? Contact your librarian to request titles you’d like them to add to the collection.

Can't even log in. I'm trying to sign up using my local library e-card, as advertised on their website, but there is literally no way to log in. Can't use my library e-card log in, can't use Google to log in, and my library isn't listed under institutions. No idea how you're meant to log in. Complete waste of time.
Can't log in at all with a Google account. "You do not have sufficient credentials." What's good enough for the desktop should be good enough for mobile. Not surprised Ebsco is being challenging about access to content though.
my journey started with my trying to check out an audiobook, then lead to me a help video which told me that I needed to download their app first, and now my journey ends with a broken login button and an invalid link. If my time was valuable, I'd be very upset.
Can't log in. I downloaded the app onto my android and when I launch the app and try to sign in with the proper credentials (even reset my password) nothing happens. Can't log in.
I have books that appear as checked out in the website, however they do not appear on the mobile app at all other the library nor downloaded files. I complained 2 weeks ago and they took my phone number to call me back. But they never did
App is non-functional. I am unable to login with verified credentials. I can login using the mobile app. Not audiobooks though.
Imagine making your app the only way to utilize the resource and then the app doesn't work. Login issue that's been persistent for years. Not sure what you spend your contract money on 🤷
It just doesn't work. Wasted so much time behind getting the audiobook on this but couldn't ! Gave up.
Can't even login, went through the website to try and figure it out but no success. I attend Columbia college and the institution supports their product.
Says to browse library to be able to start reading and the stupid thing doesn't even have a search! Not to mention the website gives NO GUIDANCE ON WHERE TO EVEN SEND IT TO THE APP!!
Couldn't log in with Firefox, but worked fine with Chrome. So far, it's been pretty good.

Why hasn't EBSCO not fixed the log in issues if it's been going on for years??!! I wish our public library would use another service!! Cloud Library and Hoopla sre seamless!!
Couldn't log in. Used "sign in with Google" to make an Ebsco account, but then couldn't use Google to sign in the app. Pls fix!
Useless login loop. The app keeps forcing me to login to the website which keeps saying to download the app. Zero stars

This app does not allow me top log in and I'm associated with a subscribed institution.

Cannot log in using the username and password I had just created. Being a distance student, cannot get into the library easily to get them to activate my username. Too much hassle to try and use this app which is a shame as the book i downloaded would be very helpful for my assignment.
