To use the EBSCOhost app, access EBSCOhost as you typically would via your library website or corporate intranet. Click the link at the bottom of any EBSCOhost page to email yourself the key to the app.

Where do I enter the authentication code? I have the option of "try as a guest" or clicking on "help" which leads to a blank screen. Once I select "try as guest" I don't see anywhere to enter the code. Is this app even supported anymore?
downloaded app. app stated it may need updates as its built for an older andriod device. no updates available. activation key they provided did not work.
Designed by a moron. If Google account login is practically useless and doesn't grant access to downloaded material, why, why have Google login in the first place. Wasted an hour of my life.
I can't log in. I'm on my institution wifi and have full access on the web, yet the app won't let me do anything. Bummer.

Their audiobook experience left me sour, and now it is my one goal to reduce this company to rubble. This 1 star review is phase 1. phase 2 will be another 1 star review with a different Google account and maybe a salty tweet.

Can't access anything
Yes, it allows you to search for articles and download them. Without the ability to sign into an account it loses much of its functionality. Would be nice to have this option to make use over different platforms seamless. Also, the UI could use an update to reduce the pixelation.
Authentication process is like solving a cryptic puzzle. Once authenticated, the search function works, but doesn't link to your personal account and can't use the app to download ebooks. What exactly is the point?
