Very quick setup. It works awesome. I had some trouble getting set up password to match up even though I typed it in exactly the same several times before it would except it. Other than that, it's super fast and convenient.

I will never understand why if I forget my password the only real option instead of it being sent to me via my email or something is to just reset the entire thing and come up with an entirely new username and re-enter the card this is literally the worst app and there's no way to check my balance on online I have to use the app. This is one of the most user unfriendly apps for this kind of thing I've ever encountered when it comes to simply gaining access to view my balance

Super easy and convenient, it works well and I like being able to just check my balance whenever and faster then calling the card. Only complaint is that it doesn't say the correct amount I get every month and it also constantly says I have a pending amount of like 100$ being added.

It hasn't showed my wic stuff for the last 6 weeks. There's no real point in using it if I have to get a new slip each time I go to the store. It's basically all I used it for. With my ebt card it shows the balance like it should, but with Wic if I can't see what's left on it, knowing how much is spent monetarily does me no good because that's not how it works.

I am a snap benefits program member the ease of access setting such as biometric login make it super easy to login and quick and efficient too. The app covers my balance and transactions. Which is all I really check but 5 stars I can use the app with no issues and be doing my own thing in less than 2 minutes a day checking my balance and stuff.

I have created an account 3 times using different user ID names because it won't accept my user ID and password. There is no option to select forgot user ID or password. I know my user ID and password since I just created it registering for an account and selecting questions with answers.. Application said success after completing registration. Then takes me back to log in but will not accept what I created.

Works great make sure you have fingerprint on your phone or else you have to log in and type in your password every time. You always know you're getting your food stamps or your benefits because it will say that you have the pending transactions if it doesn't say you have the pending transactions then you need to go and you need to do the review or whatever on your food stamps

Keeps clocking and never logs you in even though the fingerprint is recognized.

I went to create an account everything was going good and then I entered my phone number and it told me it was not valid! Absolutely ridiculous!!! My phone number is used everyday, and trust me, it's valid! Do not install this app!

Update- When I try to log in it says fingerprint recognized, and then it's just an all white screen. Won't load card. Won't show balance. Won't show transactions. Has the account tab at the bottom, but can't click it. Lags, and just doesn't work like it is supposed to! The info tab pops up and have to dismiss it over and over. Very bad design. Features are poorly laid out. You'd think with technology, they could come up with a more complex app, that works as it should!

Ok.. it was working up until July started. Even though loading up was slow, I was still able to get access into my account. Now it won't even show my card information. Everything's a white screen. Also, the website is slow.. I tried to log in and then it turns into a proxy error page. Please fix! It was very convenient rather than having to call customer service..

When it works at all, it's not... terribly complicated to use. It mostly doesn't work, though, and I've given this years of chances. Uninstall, wait a while, reinstall, it works for one week, and then back to never being able to sign in. Or putting in the correct information and being told it's wrong. 2+ years of "maybe they'll fix it, when it works it works okay, some people really like it!" and NOTHING AT ALL CHANGED. Restarting doesn't fix it. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience once.

The original set up of the app was fantastic, you just punch in a 4 digit code and you're in the app. Now that they've updated it and everything, it's horrible. I forgot my USER ID and Password to it and I can't even create a new one because you can't see what anything says because the page doesn't fit my phone screen apparently, and you can't use an email to reset your password, you have to have your USER ID so I can't even get into my account. Horrible app.

This app is glitchy and practically unreliable. Everytime I sign into the app the information for my card takes forever to load, if at all. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times to try to get it to work, but it's never guaranteed to do as such. This gets incredibly obnoxious when I just want to check my balance and I can't even do that. I really hope they get around to fixing these issues, since I don't have a mode of transport to constantly check the balance on an ATM.

I've been having alot of problems out of this app, here lately, so I uninstalled it for a week, give or take, in hopes that would fix the problem. Just reinstalled it today and I'm having the very same problem, can't log into my account and all there is, is a blank white screen when I open the app. Very disappointing! Had the app for several months prior to issues, now it just don't want to work, at all.

Garbage. I signed up on the website first and both the app and the web portal worked great....twice. Now, whenever I try to check my balance and/or transactions, both the app and portal will display one or the other but never both at the same time. I can either see my balance and my transactions never load or my transactions will load but not my balance. The finishing touch is that nearly half the time my account will not even load on the home screen (app and portal both) and I have to jump from home to preferences to home again several times to get that to even show up. I suspect this is due to poorly written data retrieval code than server response. Fidelity National Information Services really needs to look into this. ++UPDATE++ So I was recording a video of this garbage app/portal dynamic duo(sarcasm) and the app actually crashes every time I tap the Locations map from the main screen! LMAO. I'll edit the vid and upload it to YouTube for your enjoyment.

Just like the site I cannot access my accounts. It just shows the bubble for add an account and says list of accounts at the top with no link to the accounts to be able to view transactions. This is a waste of an internet account period. They both don't work not the regular site not this app which is an exact duplicate of the site. I have been off foodstamps for over two years. And I never had a problem seeing my transaction history in ebtedge in those last years I had it.

It's very slow, glitchy, and doesn't load or takes very long to load then it will only show some of the info it should be showing and it constantly shows a notification when you open the app to set up fingerprints which is annoying and slows down the logging in process. Doesn't work w/ fingerprints either. Very inconvenient. Txt balance doesn't work either.

GREAT APP!!! I Actually read the reviews and was skeptical about downloading and wasting my time, but i downloaded it anyway and registered on the app, added my card info, and just like that it works great!!! It gives current balance and transaction history.. Just so you guys know, you have to create a new user ID and password, i think that's where people are going wrong 😘

So your app freezes 90% of the time when I try to log in. And then when it finally does work I get a message telling me that I have been throttled because I've had too many log in and need to try back later. I would have to keep logging in if you're app wouldn't freeze during the middle of the log in process. No it's not my phone because everything else works just fine on my phone.

This app is really buggy sometimes it works most times it doesn't. Lately ive been having problems with logging in and being unable to see my balance period. The app refuses to load up my account information there is just a blank space where I should be able to click and see my card balance and last amount spent. Ive tried opening and closing the app rebooting my phone and making sure the app is up to date. This is crazy. Its supposed to be easy access but its the most annoying app ever.

The notification doesn't work, but good app

Thia app does NOT work. It keeps locking up or tells me of some imaginary error when there is none. Nothing but problems right from the start.

For a time, this was a nice little app that loads right away and is very efficient to use. Now I am being denied access to their site. It's time to try installing a different app now. Too bad though.

NOT SURE WHATS GOIN ON WIT THIS APP, SINCE THE LAST UPDATE...I WOULD'VE GIVEN 5 STARS, BUT, SINCE KAST UPDATE, I CANT LAUNCH THE AOO. AT ALL..IT JUST IMMEDIATELY SHUTS DOWN & GIVES A "CANNOT LAUNCH EBTEDGE, AT THIS TIME", error message...fix this issue & I will KINDLY CHANGE MY RATING.

I set the account up on the app and log in info transferred successfully to the online account, so that was good. Frankly I was surprised that worked. I'm sure I don't need to explain why I was surprised to anyone who has any experience with Google Play. When a government app is considered well need I say more? Now the bad (not terrible - just annoying) news - neither app nor online account show left over amount rolling over. It's reflected in the available balance but details absent. Fix please

This app is almost always not working, it either won't allow sign in because the "server is down" and when you can get in MOST times it clears your "account data" so you have to reenter your card info almost every time. And still often once re-adding the account it still won't let you access it. Just call the 877# on the card it'll be so much quicker and much less hassle. Side note: I've never in my life used an app so badly managed with this many constant issues. I had the first Android

I made 2 new IDs and passwords. Online and this app doesn't recognize my IDs and passwords. Also the security questions doesn't show up at all. What's the point of having security questions when you can't use it??? Seriously. Also when I unlocked my IDs the next step doesn't show up in my emails. Don't download this app. Unless the app has been updated to work better recently. Right now it hasn't been updated.

I have a issues signing into my card to check balance , everytime, doesn't want to take my finger print sometimes, doesn't take my password 🙄😳 Still hasn't updated my card for my next allowance 🤔 Frustrating to us almost like the website and call in number💯

The app is pretty straightforward and user friendly interface. It's not bad if you have a fingerprint reader on your phone you log in quick. The main reasons it gets a gig from me is that it needs more info. Such as what day my ebt renews and reminders of when you have to recertify. Other than that the code seems clear and simple as does the app
