Cookie Exchange doesn't state if troops need or want to get rid of. Booths tab doesn't go back to previous screen, it takes you all the way back. Booth record doesn't allow you do distribute cookies among girls. Navigation is difficult, you have to hunt for things.
Only one screen comes up in the entire app - just the one to edit your personal info. Nothing else, no links, no place to order cookies, nothing.
This app does not work well on a Chromebook. Unable to use . Would be nice to not always have to use my phone.
makes life so much easier. it doesn't have the most intuitive ui, but once you figure it out it's great.
I was only able to login for a few days then I started getting this error message and haven't been able to use it since: API REQUEST FAILED DUE TO: UNDEFINED METHOD 'EACH_WITH_INDEX' FOR NIL: NILCLASS.
made cookie season so much easier....the only thing that I had issues with was during cookie season the digital cookie orders didn't transfer over into the ebudde system and we instead had to rely on parents to give us their digital order information which made it confusing at times
It will not accept my login. I used the same password on the computer and can get in but it won't take on my phone.
Works great. It's easy to use once you figure it out.
Lots of lagging and randomly shuts down or won't save the info you enter
all it showed me was contacts. no dashboard

You get 1 more star than a year ago. But Initial order help page - and your app - have last year's info, with the wrong # of boxes recommended per girl (108 per girl for all levels in 2022). This should have been checked and fixed BEFORE initial orders were due (yesterday), at least for that help section. Do better before our sales season starts - please!
It worked for the first log in and now keeps saying wrong password 😠😠😠😠 Trying to put an order in. Smh
I'm able to log in, but if I switch to another app and then return to this one, I have to log in again every time.
I'm very excited to use this app but rather frustrated that it doesn't save my login info...

I never had any problems with this app. It was extremely helpful during cookie season and way more intuitive than the website version.
Installed fine but would not let me log in.
This app needs a button/menu for multi troop cookie managers so we can switch between troops. I found out from support that you swipe from the right on the main screen to expose this option. There is nothing that indicates there is a menu off the screen that you can open. It needs a radio button, graphic or something else to indicate the menu is hiding in the background.
