Excellent App and Service. Used it while in Malta. Prompt service, Clean cabs and good drivers. Couldn't have asked for more.
This app is great, so easy to use to get a cab right now, or to book for a later time. Even allows you to choose what type of cab! The map shows you exactly where your cab is, and it's very accurate. Highly recommended.
Best taxi service you can find, very good drivers, always on time and professional.
Good prices, cheaper than regular taxi. Similar to bolt and they have big cars, very comfortable
When I take the effort to type in the full address, I'm expecting the booking to be done for the same exact address, not for some other address close by. Also when I do the same thing for the drop off address, I'd expect the driver to be informed of it. Funnily enough, I do miss the old app. The change was needless in my opinion.
Works really well, but please send invoices when the cab is paid via credit card! If I am not mistaken then you are even legally obligated since it is now an online transaction. Asking a driver for a receipt is totally unnecessary in this case and also more complicated than it should be because they claim not to know the actual fare for bookings that had been paid online.
The app is great and the times I have used it to book a trip I enjoyed it; drivers were very friendly, polite and professional. One comment to make regarding the app is that if the trip is a 2 stops, the app does not handle it. We needed to book from Naxxar to Sliema to airport but were only able to book Naxxar to airport and pass a drivers note to mention our second stop sliema (where at times the driver ignored the note and one had to repeat it on first alighting!!)

Advertising lower prices via app. False. Same prices as calling in. Booked a cab in advance by 40 mins. Late by 10 mins. Just gonna call in from now on. Much better experience when calling in. Edit: I never mentioned that wait times affected price. Simply that the price was in fact higher then when I have called in. I have been charged 13euro when called in and the app charged me 14. That was nothing to do with wait time. The company is good guys, but don't use the app. It literally dispatched a cab that was in the Zebbug AT THE TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE in Hamrun. I can understand traffic and everything, but when you book in advance and the cab is way late and the app doesn't even give you a heads up that your cab is going to be so late, that's a fail on the developers side. This was an easy uninstall dawg. Don't waste your precious storage space on this app. Call in, they are much easier to deal with on the phone and what they say is always spot on.

Excellent app and very accurate with good features. Maybe the option to contact the office via message and the edit time could be added? After the update to version 3.5.3, I had to re-enter my previously saved card details and re-login as all credit info did not make it from one version to the next. Otherwise it worked flawlessly.

Excellent service, always on time. I tried the executive cabs and it is well worth paying the bit extra, now I'm only booking executive cabs. The app suddenly stopped working, however after I uninstalled and reinstalled it, it is working fine again.
The eCabs service was very nice. Booked a ride from Floriana to the airport at 0400 in the morning. The app gave some error messages, so I restarted the app and the booking process before the ride was accepted. The driver was great and was on time, and the only reason I don't give 5 is the error messages that didn't have any useful info.
Quite good in terms of real time information related to a booking but sometimes with time lags. Impossible to modify or delete payment cards. I was trying to make a booking with my credit cards that are registered and worked well in the past and payment was refused. Forced me to get cash and lose time.
