Very slow, too slow loading and changing pages. Almost no functionality - no search, highlight, text to voice, bookmarks, table of contents, and just about everything other readers give you. The only thing it has is a page slider. Big fail e-campus, I should have rented my e-textbook somewhere else.
There is no way around this app. It forces you to use it's terrible interface to use it's books, and it doesn't even work. The only good reviews for this look like they are from inside the company in a sad attempt to outweigh the 1 star ratings. It won't even download the books, and it's the least user friendly app I've ever seen. ECampus doesn't care about it's users, and I will never make the mistake of getting a book from there ever again. It's crap like this that makes piracy is so appealing to people.
I rented a book for class and downloaded this app so I could use it. The problem is that you have to go to the full site and download the book manually because it does not sync/download the books for you. I am not impressed, after I figured it out the book downloaded and works fine. It is just complicated to get the books you purchased
I need to read my History Textbook, but the app will not load and I have to wait forever if it does load. Looks like I may fail my class thanks to this app and taking forever to load or not load at all. Please do not say restart your devices or clear the cache, I have done so many times. It loaded fine last week, nothing changed and my tablet is fine. I rented the etextbook, due to being on a budget and the paper Textbook rental is even expensive. Fix the app please, how hard is it to fix?
This is the best eReader app out there. It can not be beat when it comes to ease of use. Plus, you can shop for new books right through the app...SUPER convenient! It also lets you highlight and take notes. I used to be a "physical book" kind of person, but this app gives you the best of both worlds!!
It has no functions like highlight, zoom, etc it is missing basic stuff and more. Just downloaded because I bought an eBook but I don't recommended buy from a different place.
App doesn't work on any mobile devices. Only works on my desktop. Customer service is horrible. Don't bother downloading this unless you have a desktop computer.
It takes forever to find text on the book, plus it does not have the feature to zoom in and out.
this app does not even deserve one star, it does not sync the textbook that I rented.
This app keeps making me log in, but doesn't have a log in screen. I have to redownload the book to be able to activate. So irritating. My books should be available to me ASAP
This app and website are horrible!! I bought a book for English and I can't open it on the app! It worked fine the first time, but now it says that I'm on the wrong account, but I've signed out and resigned back in with the correct account and it still won't work. I will not make the mistake of getting another book from them.
It doesn't even let you log in if you've used Facebook to create your account. After ecampus messed up my book order, I will never use them or any of their services again.
Do not purchase digital textbooks from this company. You are forced to use this app with your purchase, and it is completely worthless. This app does not work with the split screen on iPad pro and i was never able to access my textbook. In addition, I've attempted to contact the company for a refund, I've had no response .

I downloaded the app, then from the same device went to the website and logged in. From there I had to download the ebook, go back to the app and select the New book icon, login screen appeared. Once I entered the login there, the book loaded into the app. No problems after that!
I had wanted to use this app to read my textbooks from on my new tablet. I did not even have access to a menu so I coughs not even get my books on the device.
I can't even see the book I rented on my phone app. Can you work it making the setting visible on my android phone so I can see more than just the books you offer. It should be like the website where I can see the book I rented and click on it. This app is horrible.
I cannot access the book I purchased for $50. So frustrated not only because I wasted money, but because I cannot study/read class material!!!
I have a galaxy note 3 which had the fastest processing system and ecampus reader still is slow to a crawl. I'll never use it again.
So I tried to log on to my account and there is no button or menu to do so. I read the eCampus guide book thing and it shows that the app should have a menu and there isn't one!!!

Well this app just stinks. It keeps giving me an error upon activation. Happens in the iPad app too. There's something really messed up here. They can't get the app right but I can get it on a computer. It's not too helpful when you don't have the books you paid a lot for ready when you need them.
